Matiatia Bay ferry terminal and or Kennedy Point vehicular terminal are only a 5 minute drive. Nestled behind native bush on an elevated site surrounded by newly established gardens including private parking bay with well lit auto sensored exterior lighting. Built in September 2017. This property is fully furnished and self contained.

Charming 1 bed self-contained studio overlooking Onetangi Beach. The north-facing deck has sweeping views towards the Coromandel Peninsular and a hot tub for guests exclusive use. The studio stands separate from the owners residence and gets all-day sun, and has a recently refurbished bathroom. If you are not coming by car we recommend that you hire a car so that you can get to vineyards,restaurants and places of interest on the island. Electric bikes can also be hired from Onya bikes.

La Maisonette cottage sits above an award winning garden of nearly an acre, guests are free to wander and sit among the sub tropical trees and plants. From the Juliet balcony you can enjoy a glass of local award winning wine whilst looking over the trees to the gulf islands in the distance. The cottage is decorated in a French provincial style with many original works of art from local artists and elsewhere. Everything you need is provided to make your stay special and memorable.
