Modern newly built bathroom. There is access to barbecue and rowing boat with fishing equipment and life jackets. It takes 45 minutes by car to Gothenburg.

Vallda Sandö Nature Reserve also offers a lovely nature and swimming. Also close to golf, fishing, hiking, bike trails, pizza and grocery store. The yard have horses, dogs, cats.

A view to die for (Évika 5)

We had a spot on our land with a view to die for, but too small for raising a house. The solution is this camper with its luxurious amenities and fully serviced: connection to the electric grid, unlimited water, gas, bedwear, cleaning upon departure. It can comfortably fit two adults and two children, with one permanent double bed and one that can be made up in the dining aread at the other end of the camper. Available only between June and September.
