Large attractive and pleasant 1½-story villa near the sea in the middle of Hovås. Just over 1 km walk to the sea with several swimming areas. About 10 km from central Gothenburg. Quiet location as the last house on a cul-de-sac without any traffic. Room for several cars on the garage driveway. Child-friendly garden with large areas fenced by hedges. Terrace with lounge group and dining area that has a sunny position most of the day. Express buses from Hovås Nedre (6 minutes) with several departures per hour to central Gothenburg (20 minutes).

Cheap accommodation close to the sea

The rooms are a separate part of the house located in the basement with its own entrance. There are 2 bedrooms with kitchen, bathroom and laundry room. The area is a residential area located close to Askimsbadet with mini golf and windsurfing etc., about a 10-minute walk, golf courses are nearby. Great bus connections to central Gothenburg, about 20 minutes by bus, the stop is about 2 minutes away. Bed linens and towels are not included, you can rent them from us for the whole party and the stay for €50, payment is made on site. No parties.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with nice neighbors. With respect to our neighbors, we wish that you do not have any loud parties or play loud music during your stay. The house's newly-built balconies bathe in light from early morning to sunset and here you can enjoy a fantastic view. Take the shuttle easily into the city center in a few minutes or stay and enjoy the villa's lush garden. Only a stone's throw away, you will also find both an outdoor area and Gothenburg's largest shopping center.

Välkomna till vårt rymliga och härliga hus i Önnered som totalrenoverats under 2020-2022. Vi som bor här är Andreas och Emma, samt våra tre barn födda 2008, 2010 och 2017. Huset har 5 sängar + bäddsoffa för 2 personer + 3 extra madrasser. Vi hyr helst ut veckovis, men även kortare hyresperioder kan gå bra. Hör av er med förfrågningar om det skulle vara aktuellt. OBS! Vår snälla katt Pixie kommer att bo tillsammans med er. Hon kommer och går som hon vill genom vår kattlucka i väggen.
