Apartment is located in a picturesque fishing village Volosko. It is a walking distance from the nearest beach (literally 2 minutes) that is very suitable for small children as well as grown ups. Volosko has a beautiful port, many restaurants, bars and galleries. Volosko is also the start of a great walking area by the sea - the Promenade of king Francis Joseph I. Habsburg (Lungomare - 12 km) that is filled with numerous beaches.

The studio apartment is a 5-minute walk to the beach Tomaševac, and 500 meters from the center of Opatija, 300 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters from the historic promenade Carmen Sylva. It has secure parking and Wi-Fi. It is an apartment in our house and has a balcony, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation.

The location offers a peaceful getaway and a perfect escape from the crowds, yet it takes only 10 minutes by car to reach the center of Opatija and its beautiful beaches, and about 20 minutes to Rijeka, the third-largest city in Croatia.
