I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? Villa offers a heated pool with space for sunbathing, and dining area. House is located 10 minutes away from the Ičići beach downhill by foot.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.

Možda je najbolji dio apartmana velika terasa na kojoj se možete opustiti i uživati u odmoru!

Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
