Patio and outdoor garden for personal use, dog friendly. Indoor parking. The beaches of Barcola and Sistiana are about 10-15 minutes away.

Very spacious apartment perfect for a family or two couples of friends who want a little privacy with a couple's bathroom available. Apartment with many comforts such as dishwasher and washing machine. Parking available in the courtyard of the condominium and the first floor apartment allow for easy action and comfort. Beautiful large balcony set up for well-ventilated alfresco lunches and dinners.

Elisabetta and Giorgio were extremely helpful and kind, they helped us reach the property and gave us valuable advice. Beautiful accommodation and completely renovated by them (we recommend taking a look at the book with photos of the work!), with nice and personal touches. The outdoor space is a very appreciated plus and the apartment is equipped with everything for longer stays. In a convenient, quiet location but close to the center. It couldn't be better! Thanks 💖

Karin's place is wonderful - everything is clean and comfortable, and the location is very good. It was a great base both for exploring the tourist sites and getting to know more local spots. Karin is super nice and friendly; I felt very welcomed and enjoyed chatting with her whenever I saw her around! I will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends.

The house was just like 2 rooms upstairs,plenty of storage space, a kitchen downstairs equipped with great, plenty of everything. The bathroom is clean and the living room is old, but we came to explore the neighborhood not lying on the couch.

Matilde is a truly warm-hearted and friendly host. The room was very clean and spacious, and the thick walls of the old building kept it nice and cool during the heat. The place has a lot of charm and character, with a lovely vintage atmosphere. I felt right at home during my stay. Grazie mille!
