신축건물이라 더욱 깔끔하고, 호스트의 뛰어난 관리로 정말 기대 이상의 편안함과 편리함을 잘 갖춘 숙소였어요. 한 가지 살짝 신경이 쓰였던 건 (이건 호스트의 탓이 아니라) 건물 자체의 방음이 조금 약한 수준이었던 건데요. 평범하게 거주하는 사람들이 다수였다면 문제가 없었겠지만 간혹 자정 넘긴 늦은 밤에 외국인 관광객들이 매너 없이 문을 쾅쾅 닫고 다니거나 고성을 질러 놀라 잠에서 깨는 일이 두어 번 있었어요. 건물 특성상 각국 관광객들이 다양하게 오가는 편이라 생기는 일인 듯합니다. 하지만 숙소의 침구가 무척 편안했고 에어컨과 주방설비 등 모든 도구가 잘 작동해서 쾌적한 시간을 보낼 수 있어 좋았어요. 냉장고도 성능이 좋고 샤워시설도 일반 샤워기와 해바라기 샤워기가 모두 있어 마음에 쏙 들었습니다. 방과 욕실의 조명도 훌륭하고 조절도 편리했고요. 아주 좋은 경험이었어요. 근처에 깔끔한 식당들도 다양하게 있어서 음식 찾기도 좋고 지하철역도 가까워서 편했습니다.

Perfect stay, not much more to say, just having a proper and 'normal' shower in the bathroom is just a 10/10 since most airbnb in Korea doesn't have it. Close to good restaurant, transportation, well most things you need is close by.

Very well-organized space, that was exactly as described and pictured. It's about an 8-minute walk either direction to get to Gangnam Station or Yangjae Station, and there is plenty of restaurants very close, with many retail options located just a short walk away in Gangnam. The host responded quickly and friendly, and I had zero issues with my check-in, stay, & checkout.

지방에서 친구 가족이 올라와서 예약을 해줬는데 너무 깔끔하고 숙소도 좋고 편안하게 잘 지내다 갔다고 해서 예약해준 제가 다 뿌듯합니다:) 다음에 또 지인이 올라온다면 또 예약할 예정입니다!

L'appartement de Goni est très fonctionnel, très propre, rien ne manque, tout est bien pensé. la vue est superbe. l'emplacement est très pratique pour se déplacer car proche, du métro et du bus. Goni est très réactive et répond très vite aux messages. Nous recommandons.

Stayed a month for the business trip. The place is exactly as it says and shows. Very convenient location in the middle of GangNam and the place is neat and everything is clean and ready to use. Wonderful host with care. Highly recommend if you would visit Korea and, especially, if you would like to stay in Gangnam district. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Probably the comfiest airbnb stay I ever had in Seoul so far. 100% would book again! 🤩 The price also was such a gooood deal for the overall stay 💯 I was also allowed for a later checkout (with fee) but I didn't mind since my flight was still at night so less rushing in the morning. Huge pluuus! Whenever I choose to stay in an airbnb the first thing I always check is the bathroom. A clean and multifunctional one will alwaaaays make my stay extra comfortable. Any place with a good toilet and bidet is a 10/10. However, I am somewhat allergic to dust pretty easily and there are areas that haven't been wiped off properly soooo I actually had allergies at one point and it was hard to breathe but I figured out there was an air purifier above the ceiling but didn't notice until only after a week 🥲 so I turned it on to clean the air and it did help + my meds 😅 So maybe next time a more thorough cleaning of surfaces and let the purifier filter the air or just leave it on and running.

Nous avons pu profiter de l’appartement durant plus de 10 jours lors de notre séjour à Seoul et l’appartement est devenu comme notre seconde maison. Ultra pratique, bien situé par rapports aux transports en commun, proche des centres d’intérêts touristiques et de commerces. Hôte a immédiatement répondu à nos questions de manière claire. Appartement disposant de tout le nécessaire pour un super séjour et proche de la gare (le bruit des trains n’est pas gênant si les fenêtres sont fermées). Accès direct au métro et à la gare. Nous ne pouvons que vous le recommander pour votre séjour .

Jenna was an extremely responsive host whenever I had questions about the gym, trash disposal. Her apartment was clean and ~5-7 min walk to Yeoksam and Gangnam station with convenience stores just across apartment. Love that the building had a big gym (with 3-4 treadmills etc) - though its operating hours might not fit those looking to hit a gym early morning. Would recommend this to business travelers looking for a cosy, clean place to stay with crucial amenities

We had a wonderful stay at Eunju’s place! She and her husband were both incredibly kind and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. Eunju was always happy to help –recommending great local restaurants and shops and even assisting us with booking bus. We really appreciated her support and generosity. The apartment itself was very well-equipped and comfortable. There were fresh towels and blankets and a heated mattress for colder nights. A big plus was the wide selection of teas and snacks – we loved helping ourselves! Each guest leaves behind some snacks for the next travelers so keep an eye out for that. There were plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking as well as a washer-dryer unit (once a week for free). Eunju even provided a rain umbrella, which came in handy! All in all, a great experience with truly warm-hearted hosts. We’d definitely stay again!

It was a great place to stay in general. Host was responsive and tried her best to accommodate what we requested. Super near Sindorim subway station, so it made our walks really easy. Good cafes and convenience stores are around. It was one month stay with 11 month old baby, and she provided baby chair, baby bath tub and other baby cutlery for us to use. When we requested for trash bags, cleaning supplies and cooking condiments, Julie provided us all we needed. I really appreciate it. For things to note: - Kitchen supplies are not super fancy, but it does its job. - It's good to note that train sound is quite noticeable, from 6am to 11pm. You get used to it, but it takes a few days to get used to it. Thank you Julie for hosting us!

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!

First of all, the room is neat and clean as you see on the pictures. Jeongja-dong is a hidden gem-like area near Seoul. Since the atmosphere of day and night is different and there are quite a few good restaurants nearby, you can stay in a peaceful and warm atmosphere without moving far away.

accommodation was right outside of the train station which made travelling so much easier and hassle free! my partner and i genuinely loved how cozy the place feels and felt really comfortable throughout the entire stay! thank you :-)

Jasper has been the best air bnb host for my family and I. He was so kind and welcoming, introduced us to many delicious restaurants around the area, and made us feel like family! The space was spacious for a group of 4. Very clean and comfortable, and was a great and safe location (plus, it was walking distance from Hongdae). We would 100% recommend this airbnb for anyone visiting Seoul, South Korea!

The host was very responsive and even found a way to help us check in early. Very thoughtful as to prepare refreshments upon our arrival given the heat. The place is secure, very comfortable and absolutely cozy - just the right place to come home to after a long day’s stroll. :) Highly recommended!

i thoroughly enjoyed my stay here! was working and travelling on this trip and i appreciate chris' flexibility in letting me check in early and extending my check out time. he was also very responsive to all my enquiries! it's a very cosy place that will let you experience life as a local, wished i had more time to explore the area!!! esp with such a nice view :") found a nice cafe nearby and felt like it would be a very nice hood to live in long-term :-) there's a slight leak in the shower hose so water will get everywhere so that just needs to get fixed. but i managed to work around it after the first time i used it to minimise the splatter :-) highly recommend to solo travellers!
