Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse und der Blick auf das Meer ist der Hammer. Die Wohnung war für meinen Mann und mich genügend gross. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt und was wir sehr schätzen (Mikrowelle, Nespresso Maschine, Abwaschmaschine, Waschmaschine und Tumbler, genügend Geschirr und Besteck). Nur der Grill auf der Terrasse wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen. Der private Parkplatz ist perfekt. San Vincenzo ist überschaubar, mit vielen Restaurants und es gibt auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Zutritt zur Wohnung mit der Schlüsselbox ist perfekt. Davide hat auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Video im Voraus mit allen Infos fanden wir super. Fabrizio was very helpful and very informative to us. Apartment was so cozy and sparkles. Definitely worth it. We love the atmosphere included the restaurants and shops. Fabrizio was so nice to picked up at the airport and later took us to the port so we can get to our cruise. We want to come back in the future with our boys. Gracias Fabrizio!!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Giglio. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere Erwartungen, Alles war da, alles funktionierte, einfach so, dass es uns vom ersten Moment an wohl war. Die Aussicht auf Campese ist spektakulär, die Umgebung rund um die Wohnung schön und zweckmässig gestaltet. Die Kommunikation funktionierte tipptopp, wir kamen spät an, aber das war kein Problem. Da auch Freunde von uns auf der Insel waren und wir uns gegenseitig besuchten, schätzte ich sehr, dass die Küchenausstattung nicht "abgezählt" war, das heisst, dass es auch Gläser, Tassen usw. für Besucher gab. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Perfekt für einen Strand Badeurlaub. Saubere moderne Wohnung, gute Lage. Auch die Stadt war gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Erinnert vom Baustil etwas an Appartements wie man sie z.B bei Center Park findet. Im Juni ging es von der Hitze her noch, da man aber nur auf einer Seite lüften kann und keinen Durchzug hat und das Gebäude sich im Gegensatz zu traditionellen toskanischen Gebäuden mit dicken Wänden doch gegen Abend recht auflädt, wäre es uns glaube ich im July August bei 36 grad oder mehr zu heiß geworden in der Wohnung um es aushalten zu können. Bei 29 grad im Juni war es aber noch okay. Ansonsten könnte ich unzählige Dinge aufzuzählen die uns gefallen haben, wir waren voll umfänglich zufrieden. Perfekte Gastgeber

Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt und haben vor allem die Terrasse mit dem Grill sehr genossen! Die Wohnung ist außerdem ein Steinwurf vom Strand entfernt. Franca war außerdem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit :)

l'isola del Giglio un sogno, la casa da Francesca all'altezza del posto ed incantevole. Situata davanti ai fari del porto in una posizione strategica perché vicina a ristoranti e servizi, ma lontana dalla confusione. Francesca un host perfetta, pronta a dare consigli su attività, servizi e tutto ciò che può essere utile. La comunicazione è stata agevole. Consiglio a tutti la sua abitazione. Sergio was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He gave clear instructions at all times, responded quickly with great recommendations for places to visit, and made sure everything was smooth. The place was clean, had a great atmosphere, and truly had all the accommodations we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Teresa è un host davvero gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare la casa perfettamente pronta e ci ha dato tante indicazioni per vivere al meglio la casa e la zona. Splendido lo spazio esterno. L'interno della casa è attrezzato con tutto il necessario. la posizione è ottima sia per raggiungere Porto Santo Stefano sia le le calette vicine. in pochi minuti di auto si raggiungono tantissimi altri luoghi. Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

Like many others have said the pictures do not describe how lovely this home is. We had planned to go to Rome for 2 days but we enjoyed our time in Bolsena so much that we extended our trip. We love the area and hope to visit again, it truly was exactly the vacation we hoped for! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Para valorar esta propiedad, hay que empezar por el ANFITRIÓN, un profesional en toda regla. Desde el minuto 0 de la reserva, hasta la salida; siempre atento, muy amable y muy profesional. Es un placer conocer gente seria y esto la da un valor a la aplicación. La beach house, es un paraíso en Italia. Fácil acceso, cuidado al detalle, paz, naturaleza, comodidad. Nuestro viaje era en familia con nuestros dos caniches y creo que fueron los que más disfrutaron de la propiedad, verlos correr y saltar por las zonas verdes de la propiedad y convivir con muchas aves, conejos no tiene precio. Nuestra hija disfrutó su estancia estudiando y con la paz y tranquilidad del lugar, no le costó nada concentrarse. Nosotros en cambio, hicimos turismo por la zona, todo muy cerca y bien comunicado por carretera. Es una propiedad muy cuidada, segura y sobretodo disfrutar de sus puesta de sol, sentado en una tumbona, disfrutando de un buen vino (de la zona) es una experiencia irrepetible. Gracias Maurizio.

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

Host molto disponibile in tutto. L’alloggio di Milena era comodo pulito e confortevole. Posizione ottima per visitare Porto Santo Stefano anche a piedi lasciando la macchina nel comodo parcheggio a disposizione. Consigliato

Nous avons été accueillis par Cinzia et une autre personne parlant bien anglais pour les explications. Le logement était parfaitement propre et rangé. Un style un peu rétro et authentique mais avec tout ce qu’il faut. Il est situé au fond d’une petite allée derrière d’autres logements. Il est à 10 minutes à pieds de la première plage et 2 minutes du petit supermarché. La climatisation est un vrai plus étant donné les températures de l’été. Cinzia est une hôte accueillante et réactive.

L’alloggio è molto bello, ben ristrutturato e arredato, fornito di tutto il necessario per cucinare. L’aria condizionata e il wifi funzionano perfettamente. La spiaggia (libera e attrezzata) si raggiunge facilmente a piedi anche con bimbi piccoli. Davanti alla casa c’è una bella pineta con parco giochi e gonfiabili. Molto adatto per famiglie!

I cannot thank Micaela enough for her kindness, patience and help when we arrived late and left the key and the phones inside. A very nice neighbor called her and she came right over to let us in. Never complained, was so hospitable and patient about the situation. Better than I might have been! Thank you for being the wonderful host you are!

Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral im Zentrum. Es gibt viele sehr gute Bars und Restaurants direkt in der Nachbarschaft. Massimo ist sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihm war unkompliziert, schnell und flexibel. Wir können Massimo uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Blown away, we will be back many times

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Emanuelas communication before and during our stay was excellent. The apartment is excellent with a great view of the harbour and very convenient for local shops and restaurants. Couldn’t fault anything and would definitely recommend it as a place to stay, especially if, like us, you were going on a cruise from Civitavecchia.
