Centrally located in Charlottenlund, this 1-bedroom apartment of 42 sqm has an unobstructed view to the east, over Ordrup Park. 5 min to the two main shopping streets in Charll, 10 min to the station and another 15 min, you will be in the center of Copenhagen. Close to forest and beach, Charlottenlund Forest, Dyrehaven etc. The bed is 160x200 cm and is a new Dunlopillo bed, with a large double duvet. PPS: And of course, no smoking in my apartment. I don't know where else to write it :)

Cottage style house Charlottenlund

We love our home. We live here with our 2 wonderful kids. It´s spacious and very cosy (hyggeligt) all day long and all year round. The light coming through the tall windows during the day creates a wonderful, warm and lively atmosphere. We live on a small street and even though theres only 300 meters to the nearest grocery store and just 400 meters to the train station it is peaceful and quiet. It takes just 5 minutes on a bike to go to one of the beaches or to go to the forest/park.

The house is modern and cosy at the same time, situated on a street of quaint country-like houses, close proximity to Bellevue Beach, the Deer Park and still just a 10 mins train ride from downtown Copenhagen. The master bedroom - with a Swedish luxury bed - opens onto the garden. Our son - a former Noma chef - has appointed the kitchen for cooking great meals. There is an outdoor shower that has hot water all year. The house is great for sharing with an upstairs bedroom.
