the cottage is located in the countryside 2 km from the village. It is a renovated cottage in an old building and perfect for a family or friends. In the middle of the fields and vineyards, you will spend a quiet stay, birds singing all day, frogs in the evening in summer and then the walks of squirrels, rabbits and other small animals. You can enjoy our outdoors, barbecue, heated swimming pool (May to September), terrace with dining area, stroll through the vineyards or along the banks of the Loire. Close to the city center with all shops; bakery, butcher, restaurant, grocery store, shopping center. 248 Riverside is the former Rabotière café that was completely renovated by an architect and decorator in 2020. Ideally located 5 km from Ancenis, the house has exceptional views of the Loire with two beautiful terraces on stilts. One side faces the Loire and the other faces the garden. ​
