This was my second time staying on Jeremy’s magical property, and this time we brought the whole family! We rented both the main house and guest house for a weekend getaway, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The main house is warm, inviting, and incredibly spacious—perfect for gathering everyone under one roof. The design is thoughtful and full of charm, with cozy corners, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds throughout. We cooked, laughed, and shared meals around the dining table, then relaxed by the fire or explored the beautiful surroundings. The private lake, forest trails, wildflowers, and peaceful energy of this place make it feel like your own private nature retreat. We saw all kinds of critters, made bonfires, and enjoyed being completely unplugged. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jeremy’s hospitality is unmatched, and this property continues to be a favorite. We can’t wait to return again.

Cameron is a fantastic host with an immaculate and gorgeous property that was very comfortable for our group of ten. Quiet and peaceful setting with panoramic views of Mt Hood and the Sandy River canyon.

This was the perfect location for our stay during our son’s wedding weekend at Horning’s Hideout. We hosted a family brunch and the house was the perfect setting with everything we needed and more. Our guests loved the setting and felt right at home. We are grateful for our time at the house in North Plains and would not hesitate to visit again.

Kathryn's place was even better than we expected. It has an incredible view, super easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants, grocery stores, etc, and is so perfect for a bigger group - we never felt cramped. Kathryn was flexible and responsive, and gave a lot of local recommendations. We would absolutely stay here again if we were visiting another time!

Jen’s “never say die” house was the perfect place for a family celebration. Who is the four of us with friends coming and going. It could not have been a better place to get together. The house itself was fun and interesting and had all of the gear we could possibly need for cooking, playing, teaching… Etc.The location was perfect for us. We loved the short walk to the beach and the miles and miles of nearly empty, beautiful sand. Jenn was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive and flexible. We would gladly return.

I had an amazing three-day vacation at Gurpreet’s place and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The home was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable—clearly well cared for. One of the highlights was being right on the river; it made for such a peaceful and special setting, especially in the evenings with the fire pit going. It was the perfect way to unwind. Gurpreet was also a fantastic host—communicative, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our stay. Every detail was taken care of, and it made the whole experience seamless and enjoyable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had a wonderful time! Spacious, well appointed home with outstanding views. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. Our grandchildren enjoyed the beach, the hot-tub, the games, etc. The layout of the home ensures privacy and quiet for all of the four bedrooms, but allows the family the space to gather together for family time in the living area. We stayed at the Sea Salt Forest with our family for our daughter’s Master’s graduation, and it was nothing short of magical. The home is cozy and peaceful, tucked into the forest, yet close enough to feel the ocean breeze. It was perfect for our large family (including our sweet pup 🐾), with space to relax, reconnect, and celebrate. We made beautiful memories exploring tide pools, watching sunsets, cooking delicious meals, and savoring slow mornings on the deck with the most amazing coffee. The sauna and hot tub were just what we needed to unwind. The house had everything we could have wanted and more. The hosts were so kind and responsive — there when I ran out of paper towels, needed batteries, or even broke a light 🙈 If you’re looking for a peaceful, grounding place that lets you breathe deeper and soak in the magic of the coast… this is it. We’re so grateful for our time here, and we can’t wait to go back!

Barbara is an awesome host, responsive, accommodating, and all around amazing. Her hospitality was bar none, and her home was even better than described. We especially loved the view from the backyard. It was breathtaking. I highly recommend Barbara’s place for anyone visiting the area or just wanting a peaceful getaway. We will definitely be renting this home again.

Beautiful home in a private neighborhood. We enjoyed the walking trail in the backyard, clean hot tub, and spacious living area. The listing and details were all accurate and checking in was easy! This was our first time to Pacific City. This home is within walking distance to the beach which was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the house. Was a little loud from the traffic and kind of far from everything. It was big enough for our family of 6 and plenty of things to do in the house. The beds where comfortable and nice to sleep on.

Had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—maybe even better. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and the location was perfect. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Excellent. We had a family gathering, four families and nine people, so it was unusual to find enough bedrooms. That was good surprise number one. Number two was finding the home with a backyard that young children could play in. Three was its location at the end of a quiet street, again safe for youngsters but also quiet for all. In addition, the location was just blocks from several major roads so getting around and to things in Beaverton/Portland was made easier. Found all the kitchen, bath, bedroom supplies we needed as well. Ample parking for the four families. One drawback, and this is true of short-term rentals on the whole, was that it echoed due to lack of accoutrements like rugs, drapes, wall hangings. Living room had minimal furniture and it would have been more homey to at least include comfortable reading chair(s) and lamps. With our large group there were folding chairs that we made use of.

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

We spent three nights (two families) and wished we could have stayed longer! We appreciated the two King en-suites for the adults and the Queen room for an adult child, as well as the kids bunk/play room over the garage. Everyone had their own space! Super comfortable and perfect for two to three families with kids. The house was just across the street from the pickleball/tennis courts and the pool/clubhouse and a 5 minute drive from the Village at Sunriver. The house had tons of “toys”and we used the canoe on the lake by the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our group as was well appointed and the open concept worked well for our group. Thanks Eric for the great stay! We will stay again!

We have stayed at Matthews place several times now. He’s always an amazing host! We will be back. The house is comfortable and clean. Such a wonderful location!

Loved staying at Kyle’s house! Easy check in/check out and great location. Best place we’ve stayed at thus far in Sunriver. Very comfortable for our family.

This is the second time we've stayed at Shelley's place and it was just as good the second time around. While there are a lot of posted rules and guidelines around the house, they have obviously helped keep her home immaculate for guests. She communicates incredibly well and is more than accommodating to any special needs or requests. She invited my group to come up a night early due to her previous renters checking out early and offered us a check-out at any time of the day, not rushing us out at all. The pool and view are unmatched and I highly recommend this location to others. If we're in need of a rental in Sherwood again, Shelley's place will be our first choice.

Right on the golf course in sun valley. Very peaceful and quiet. Being able to bring the dogs with family makes it all worth it.

We had the BEST time at this Black Butte getaway over Memorial Day weekend! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right between Glaze Meadow Pool and Aspen Lakes, which made adventures super easy. The house was spotless, spacious, and fit our three families (and seven wild kiddos!) like a glove. The bunk room was a total dream for the kids, and the grown-ups loved how stocked the kitchen was—every gadget and dish we needed was right there. Huge shoutout to the host for being so friendly and quick to respond. We’re already talking about making this our annual tradition!

Really enjoyed our stay with our family. Beautiful home and very comfortable. Leif was super helpful and even let us do a late checkout. We’re very thankful.
