Wow! Lee's place is bloody lovely. It had everything we could have needed. The garden was a great spot to sit in with a coffee & perfectly secure for our dog too. Thank you so much for the use of your home. And such a perfect place for beachy walks too; literally 5 mins walk to Dovercourt Beach, 10 mins walk down to the cafe & amusements (which my teen boys loved). We had a lovely break

This place is amazing, even better than the photos. The open plan space downstairs was great for family meals and the bedrooms were lovely with really comfortable beds. Everything was spotless and it had everything we needed. The annex was perfect too. Communication with Vicky was always easy and clear instructions on checking in.

We had the most amazing stay. The house was perfect in every way. Penny was fantastic and couldn't help us enough. We will definitely be visiting again soon.

Easy walking distance into the centre of town & beach. Property really clean and comfortable.

Ali’s place is beautifully and tastefully decorated It is also well designed so that our multi generational family gathering at the house had plenty of space in rooms with comfortable beds and fantastic showers as well as an enormous bath in the family bathroom . We enjoyed family meals around the big table in the dining room with an enviable outlook to the sea, using the excellent kitchen facilities and equipment. The house is a minute’s walk from the beach and promenade and a few minutes walk to the local shops of Kirkley. It’s the sort of house that makes you dream of having a place of your own by the seaside. Thanks Ali.

Great place to stay only thing I did not like was and this is Not Ian's fault the track way was over grown and having to drive down it the car got scratches on it every time I came back . but the place was great

Very comfortable, well equipped caravan. Travel cot easy to put in largest bedroom. Good amenities, bonus of small bath ideal for babies. Lovely decking area which catches the sun and clear easy instructions for access. Will be booking again!

Beautiful place, excellent facilities and clean. Antonina was brilliant, responsive and a lovely host. Would definitely recommend. It was perfect for our big family gathering and plenty for the kids to play with in the kids room! All in all, wonderful trip! Thank you so much for having us!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was great, close to small town nearby where you can find what you need. Also, super peaceful. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

Lovely caravan, kids absolutely loved it the decor and lights. Beautiful decking areas which are a nice sun trap if the winds are strong. Would definitely recommend. Also thanks to Marcin for the complimentary drinks. Just what was needed when we checked in after a morning on the beach.

What made our stay so great was the communication we had with Daisy. There were a few snags, parking, getting in the complex late at night without a key code, heating and water didn’t work the first day and the light in the kids room didn’t work. That said, she was incredibly helpful and polite. All sorted quick as a flash. Very clean, free WiFi, all you needed for a nice weekend break. Would 100% go again and recommend to any family. We’re a family of 5 and it was …..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!!! Thankyou Daisy! 💙

I would give the location 6 stars if I could! An absolute gem of a cottage. Hidden in a small copse of trees next to the river Deben surrounded by the sound of birds morning and night and very close to an amazing pub. The ideal location for a quiet weekend away, you can easily see no one all weekend. Very much at one with nature and the water. This does mean being comfortable with nature in all its forms - both inside and out.

My friend and I met here after a two year gap of not seeing each other, what a delightful place to meet up in. Comfortable and homely The view was spectacular despite the rain but it didn't affect our stay. We visited the radar museum up the way, we thought it was amazing and well worth a visit. Thank you

This was a lovely place to stay, very clean, full of character and charm and just a few minutes walk from the sea. Sebastian communicated very helpfully and promptly. The bedrooms also had more in them than the photos indicate, both having delightful washbasins tucked away, and the smaller bedroom has a bedside table and lamp (which can't be seen in the photo!)

A well equipped and extremely comfortable and spacious house and garden on a beautiful lake. The village is compact with good cafe, pub. For shopping there is a tiny village shop open only during the mornings in summer so it is necessary to drive 2 miles in to Aldburgh for shops.

A real home from home. The hosts have thought of everything. The house is so spacious and is very cosy and inviting. Excellent communication and really clear instructions and lots of local recommendations.

The house is lovely , clean and contemporary . There were 6 adults 1 children and a dog and the house had plenty of space to accommodate us all . Right from outside the property there is a gorgeous riverside walk which was perfect with the dog . It’s about 4 mins drive to aldeborough town and the beach . It’s relaxing but also easy to get in the car to go somewhere . Really recommend it

Lovely house, comfy beds, amazingly well-equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean: in fact everything you could want in an Airbnb. Aldeburgh is a lovely little town with a first class butcher & great restaurants. All in all would highly recommend.
