This beautiful exclusive luxury villa (220m2) with a newly installed pool heater is located at the pretigius Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Guests can enjoy the private heated swimming pool (supplementary charge for the heating) and a large terrace space. It is located on an elevated plot with scenic views over the Mediterranean sea. The house has a modern look and feel, and is very spacious and light. 3 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. Large kitchen with a nice cooking island.

This 130 sq. m. villa offers a lot of privacy with a spacious outdoor area, private pool and rooftop terrace. From the rooftop you have an amazing view over the area, which is hilly, green and calm, dominated by pine and orange trees. San Miquel is the nearest village, known for it's caves and authentic feel. Las Cuevas is a fantastic restaurant located inside one of the caves. The Villa is located near some of the best golf courses in Costa Blanca, including the famous Las Colinas.

We loved our stay at this beautiful villa. Overall an incredible experience, we will definitely be returning at some stage. Only gripe was the mattress, it was very hard and uncomfortable however this may be our personal tastes here and I haven’t / wouldn’t affect the 5 stars on this villa. We hired a car too and it fit perfectly within the drive way. Love it! 10/10 and 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Stayed as a family of 8- 7 adults and 1 baby. Loved our stay. More than enough room for us all and Villa layout was perfect for us. Pool area is a lot bigger than appears on the pictures and was cleaned whilst we were there. Ewelina provided us with a brand new parasol for our stay which was a nice touch. I would say a hire car is definitely needed as there is very little to walk to within a short distance. Consum supermarket at the end of the street very handy. Private street and villa very secure with electric gates and private drive. One slight negative we found was the blinds let a lot of light into the bedrooms but this could be down to our personal preference of wanting a dark room to sleep in. Overall loved our stay and would highly recommend to others.

Paco was very easy to work with. He was extremely responsive to all of our communications. He met us upon arrival and made sure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was very spacious, quiet and clean. I highly recommend Paco’s apartment and would stay there again.

Excellent stay at Jann's. The apartment is new, spacious and decorated with taste. The bedding is extremely comfortable and the amenities are premium. We loved the pool area, nice, very uncrowded and the water is always warm. Jann provided us with baby equipment, good tips and is very responsive. The weather was very nice and we were able to play padel. The convenience store next door is very convenient and there are buses, although the ideal is to have a car if you really want to explore the area. For us who wanted to rest and enjoy the pool, it was perfect! We didn't really like the restaurants next door, but there is a good French pastry/bakery within walking distance. We'll be back if we get a chance.

This is an exceptional villa. It is finished beautifully throughout with high quality decoration, flooring and facilities. We loved the ice machine on the fridge/freezer. A joy of a holiday home for our family and we will likely return in the future. Hosts were helpful and addressed any issues swiftly, not that we really had any.
