Excellent location, well kept grounds apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. Kseniia's was an excellent hoist met us at the apartment showed us round. texted us during our stay to check everything was ok. would highly recommend and would return. Well worth the booking fee.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and perfectly equipped for families. We loved the proximity to local amenities and beaches The location was ideal for exploring the area, and the apartment's amenities, such as the pool kept our kids entertained for hours. Very beautiful. Looked better than in pictures. Pools were vey close to an apartment. One of the pools were heated. Coffee, pool accessories and toys for children and other useful things were available. Very friendly communication.

This was a beautiful apartment. So central, it’s practically on the beach. There are loads of nice restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries within a very short walking distance. In addition to multiple playgrounds nearby for the kids. The shared pool is perfect with sun chairs and umbrellas. It has a large shallow area which is great for kids. The apartment is exactly as described and in the pictures. The top sun roof has a lovely view and plenty of seating. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment you could want. There was a beach umbrella in the apartment which was a nice touch for when we were going to the beach. The tv had plenty of channels and the bedrooms had very large wardrobes for storage. We would return in a heartbeat.

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. Me and my girlfriend had a one week stay here. The apartment was very nice and well equipped. The rooftop terrace was amazingly delicious. We rented a car and it was super easy to be able to park in the street. Would definitely recommend this place further.

Regarding the accommodation: very clean apartment, corresponds completely to the description and the photos. Everything was provided; kitchen items to beach towels. Underground parking garage was a luxury, car was safe. Very beautiful swimming pools and beautiful location. Several grocery stores and beaches nearby. Also plenty of restaurants nearby, Asia Kitchen is well worth a try. In addition to the apartment, there are still construction works, but we have not noticed anything about this. We will definitely come back!

Laura's place is from the moment you step into it an amazing nook with fantastic energy. Everything you might need is there. Located in a center of Alicante, it gave the feel of a constant buzz and center of happenings. Absolute 10/10.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

My partner and I stayed 3 nights and the truth is that the apartment is perfect to disconnect and be quiet. The views are undoubtedly the best. The area is very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy. Davinia treated us with a lot of understanding and attention.

Fantastic place! Infinity pools with a sea view are something else. The host and co-host were very hospitable and communicated clearly and in advance. The apartment looks even better in real life, the pictures don't do it justice. We also loved the beach and how accessible it is. If I really had to nitpick, I'd love to see some shelves in shower cabins to put stuff on, and it would be great to include a shower gel (which is advertised in the listing), but neither is really a deal breaker. It's an easy 5-star airbnb!

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony, you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also located directly in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

Very nice accommodation that has everything you need for a vacation, barbecue, jacuzzi, pool and well-equipped kitchen! The disadvantage of the area is that it is hilly and the walking distance to the beach is perhaps closer to 20 min.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!
