When we discovered this magical place in 2020, in Bystřice near Včelákov at the foot of the Železné Mountains in the Protected Landscape Area, we knew that we wanted to share it and pass on its energy to other people. On one side a forest, on the other a pond, pure nature, peace and fresh air. We have built 2 cottages here, which have separate entrances, so you will not disturb each other at all. And who are we? There are many opportunities for active holidays, the surroundings offer many possibilities for a pleasant weekend and also extended week long stay. The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Come and relax from the hectic life in our cottage in the heart of Podkrkonoší. All comforts from hot water to air conditioning are a matter of course. The glass terrace allows you to enjoy the surrounding beauty of nature from the comfort of the interior. Here you can enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic dinner. There is a fully equipped kitchen and an outdoor grill. And wellness? Forget all your worries in our outdoor year-round hot tub under the open sky!

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.

Tré je designová chata, kde klademe důraz na detail a pohodlí. Zrelaxovat můžete v privátní venkovní panoramatické sauně na dřevo. Tré je připravena jak na vaření, tak i na úklid. Samozřejmostí jsou espresso kávovar (káva v ceně), bluetooth Bose reproduktor nebo vysoké americké pružinové postele. Vytápění pomocí krbu, v koupelně podlahové topení. Přímo pod chatou je možné parkování zdarma.
