We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnik Landscape Park.

In summer, it's the greatest pleasure to sit on the patio and look at the forest, the meadow and the smuggling game, the children's playground. You'll sit by the grill or fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can visit the entire Kotlin from us. We're the perfect getaway. We'll bake homemade bread for you.

Escape the city and enjoy a stay in the castle grounds in harmony with nature. Start the morning with hardening in a tub or go straight to the river. Enjoy breakfast in the grass and explore the surrounding beauty. You don't have to walk on your own, it's an ideal place for cycling. After the trip, relax in the hammock and let the kids play in the large garden. In the evening, grill something good and sing around the campfire. When it rains, don't hang your head, board games and books will save you.

The cottage accommodates 8 people, so it is a great place for a group of friends, a family holiday, but also for a couple in love.

Studio Apartment is an independent, two-story space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and a terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will equally welcome a family, a pack of friends, and two couples, and even two families. There is a spacious fireplace living room with a seating area with large glazing for children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining area for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, a sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

This location allows all sports enthusiasts to spend an active holiday, both in summer and winter. Tré is a design cottage where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in a private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna with a view. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning.
