Family house with pool, in the Parc naturel régional du Perche. Comfortable, the house was completely renovated in 2021. In absolute calm, at the edge of the Perche state forest and surrounded by meadows occupied by horses, the house overlooks on one side a wooded park and on the other a garden with a secure outdoor swimming pool heated from May to September. The house is 10 min from Mortagne, 30 min from Bellême, 2h from Paris and 15 min from the Aigle train station. Great for a family stay!

A small house in the heart of the Park

Notre maison est située en pleine campagne, au calme, près de Nocé et à 1h45 de Paris. Venez vous ressourcer ! Nous sommes à 1h45 des plages normandes et 1h30 des châteaux de la Loire. C'est notre résidence secondaire (pas une maison louée à l'année). Elle contient donc une partie de nos souvenirs, mais sommes heureux de la partager ! Vous croiserez deux petites chattes recueillies en août 2021. Très douces avec les enfants, autonomes grâce à la chatière. Allergiques aux chats, s'abstenir 😉

My accommodation consists of a main farmhouse, as well as a barn, refurbished, on a plot of 3000 m2, totally isolated and in the middle of the fields.
