Holiday rentals with a patio in Oroville

This was a very easy place to settle into. Bed is very comfortable, kitchen has all the essentials with plenty of counter space for ease when preparing meals. The cabin is exactly how it looks in the pictures— quiet, peaceful, and private. Host is friendly and willing to accommodate whatever we needed. We visited during May and spring had sprung, so bugs and wildlife were very present, but it is a cabin in the woods, so it’s kinda expected. Our dog felt right at home. We hope to visit again soon! Such a beautiful home. The owners are super responsive and nice. It was very peaceful. My boyfriend and I just had a house fire and it was the perfect place to take our minds off of everything.

we had our kids and one Dog, she was kinds responsive and flexible when needed and anything I brought up which were all little things I needed she took care of quickly and accommodated us as needed. My kids enjoyed feeding horses and the friendly dogs on-site. We would stay agian

We were looking for an affordable place to stay for my daughter’s college graduation. This place was so close to the school and my daughter’s apartment. The place was very clean and the surrounding was very peaceful and quiet. We will definitely stay here again. The host Mike was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Definitely an A+.

Saturday was pretty noisy. But over all good location, clean.

A lovely, quiet home in a peaceful, rural-agricultural neighborhood overflowing with historical Oroville vibes. Some other reviewers have commented their concern over the local homeless population and while we did see one such fellow, it wasn't an issue and didn't cause us to feel unsafe. The dogs loved the open space throughout the house and the fenced yard -- FYI, though: if you have a small dog that could squeeze through a 5"x5" square, the backyard fencing likely wouldn't meet your needs. The back porch with string lights is a nice space to spend the evening or in the morning with coffee. Love the early morning rooster sounds nearby that are only audible from outside the home! I also truly appreciated the abundance of cozy blankets for snuggling up with. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer and Eric's place. We felt right at home the minute we stepped through the door. The layout of the apartment made the bedrooms very private and quiet with a comfortable living room, kitchen, and dining room area. The huge deck provided a lot of outdoor space. Jennifer and Eric live on the property so we saw them periodically. They were friendly and respectful our space and time. The house is located right off of I-80, so it was quick and easy to get to Auburn and other destinations. We had a few questions during our 10 day stay and Jennifer was exceptionally quick in responding. We will definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area.

We had a great stay with Alisha! Everything was comfortable and the pool was so fun to use! We really appreciated that their pool had a safety fence - that gave us peace of mind.

My family and I had a great time at Shawn’s place. The pool table was a hit and the rooms were cozy and the whole place was clutter free. We enjoyed the tv and the board games that were available. It was a short stay, but we would definitely come back :)

Deserae was very responsive via messenger with any inquiries or assistance needed. The list of recommended food spots were amazing, making it easy for me to find meals during/after our conference.

We shared the place with our adult boys and their girlfriends. We had plenty of space. The busy streets around the house didn't bother us at all!!! The white noise machines in the rooms is a brilliant extra! It is a very beautiful update. Thank you for the great stay, Genaro and Cyndi

Take it from a Chico native, this is a great place to stay. Right across the street from the best taco shop and the breakfast place in town, and a very short walk to the heart of downtown. Access in and out of the house is super easy, the house itself is adorable and very clean. The beds were super comfortable, and all basic amenities were provided (shampoo, soap, etc.). We very much enjoyed our short stay, I would definitely recommend staying here!

This place is perfect for a couple or even when traveling alone. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with easy access to restaurants, parks, grocery, gyms, etc... Kristina was more than accommodating and responded within minutes. 10/10 recommend and would book again!

This is my second time staying at this place. Very nice location relatively close to downtown Chico. There are many cats in the neighborhood! The place is small and delightful, and suited our needs perfectly. We will likely stay there again in the future.
