Newly-built cottage right by the sea with a large jetty and a private berth. The dock is made for you to enjoy all day, as there are sun loungers, swimming ladder, outdoor furniture and barbecue. Within walking distance, you can rent kayaks, paddle tennis courts and a spa. The cottage has an open living room and kitchen with stunning views of the sea. Toilet with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and a private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

Vill du bada i havet, vandra i skogen, fiska i sjön? Här bor du i ett lugnt område nära naturen 700 meter från centrum. Här finns mataffärer, genuina småbutiker och strandpromenad till mysiga restauranger precis vid havet. Goda bussförbindelser till bla Göteborg, Smögen, Lysekil, ca 1 timmes resväg. 4 km finns Lyckorna golfklubb. 15 min med bil finner du ett stort köpcentrum. Vill du njuta av stillheten i skog och natur har du fina vandringsleder nära flera sjöar med start ca 1 km från boendet.

Naturnära miljö, några kilometer till närmsta badstrand och 30 minuters bilfärd till både Lysekil och Smögen så finns mycket att utforska på er vistelse!

Relax in this tasteful newly-built guest house with bedroom and sleeping loft, in the heart of Bohuslän. Enjoy the tranquility and views of the beautiful garden. Short walk to morning swim in the sea, several swimming opportunities. 15 minutes by car to Fiskebäckskil, 10 minutes to the car ferry to Lysekil. For safety reasons, we have a minimum age requirement of 7 years old.
