The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

The house "Sonneneck" is part of a small ensemble of 4 wooden vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.

Stylishly furnished apartments or studios are available for 2 to 4 persons each. The bright 36 m² apartment on the first floor has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

Small apartment (approx. 36 m²) in the basement of a city villa with separate entrance. The famous Hotel Neptun is only about 100 m away. You can't get much more beachfront. The entrance is via an electronic lock. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment is equipped with cable TV, Wi-Fi, telephone, FireTV - the kitchen in addition with Senseo and soda stream.
