Very relaxing place, very quiet in the countryside while in town. Very well arranged and equipped accommodation. We enjoyed the welcome, the availability and the responsiveness of our host. Building with lots of charm and we really enjoyed the small chapel. Numerous possibilities for outdoor dining or relaxation (tables, hammock, sun loungers... Excellent value for money. I would recommend this place and its host.

Easy to find location, close to the city center so very convenient. The flat is small but clean and modern, felt like it was very much worth the price and good for a short stay.

The stay went perfectly. The studio has been recently and tastefully renovated. And for a studio under the roofs, very well insulated because I was with Nnates during the heat wave and I did not suffer from the temperature. The neighborhood is very quiet at night so perfect for sleeping. And there is a nice cat that we meet every day in the garden:) in short I recommend this accommodation!

Had a great visit! The accommodation is nice, spacious, very clean and very well equipped. I didn't miss a thing! I liked the coffee machine. There is an elevator, which is a plus when you have a lot of luggage. Cécile is very welcoming and everything is very well explained and organized. My only reservation is the bar terrace, which is located under the windows of the accommodation. Despite the double glazing, it's quite noisy in the evening on sunny days. It's not a problem in winter or when the weather isn't nice, it's just the hubbub of customers on the terrace in spring/summer that can disturb some people who want to go to bed early. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

Always so quiet but I have the chance to meet a nice robin every now and then. Very nice environment. You are ready for everything and the center of Nantes on foot or by bus. Nantes is a lovely city.

The jacuzzi is directly accessible from the accommodation without overlooking, with bathrobes for even more comfort. Ideal for a relaxing weekend near Nantes.
