I loved the accommodation, Marco was very attentive and responded very quickly and politely. The apartment is super cozy, has a beautiful view, the host was super helpful, I liked the sound that is in all the common areas. Shower with very good pressure. Overall, I had no problems, I got to know the condominium (gym and pool) and the rodents well. Thank you for hosting Marco, I hope to stay again and I have also recommended it to friends.

The roof deck was a huge plus and it was easy to walk around from this location.

Wonderful place and identical to the photos, in the middle of São Paulo but with a home vibe in the countryside. Claudia is an excellent host and very attentive.

The Airbnb matches very well what is shown in the listing photos. It is a small building in the back of the host's house, which has three floors. It occupies the entire first floor, which is lower than the street. Access is through the host's garage, then down a side corridor, and then 13 steps of stairs. There is no elevator. The host lives on the second floor of the house and is always available. Access to Airbnb is restricted to the people listed on the reservation. During our stay the washing machine was broken but there is a self-service laundry a few meters from the Airbnb. The yard is quite spacious and the atmosphere is airy. The kitchen is very well equipped, we had no difficulty cooking lunch. The TV is large and is connected to a stereo complete with three speakers.

We had a great stay at Claudia’s villa , it’s a gated community of 7 villas only , a prime location , close to everything, very secured and calm . The house was very relaxing and charming, and had everything we needed for cooking. We’ll come back whenever I’m in SP.

Martha's space is simply spectacular! The view is even better than in the photos, the house is extremely clean, organized and well equipped for hot days and very cold nights. The decoration is a charm in itself, where you can see a very special touch of care from the owners. Co-host Ana was extremely courteous and helpful, always responding quickly. I recommend it for couples who want a romantic getaway without giving up comfort.

Wlander was extremely empathetic with us. My wife took dengue days before the trip, and even though the reservation was non-refundable and no longer giving him time to put other guests in place, he returned 100% of the amount. This demonstrates the character and level of trust we can have in hosts like this. As soon as possible we will make the trip and no doubt we will stay in the Wlander space!

Great location for those going to the Albert Einstein stadium or hospital. Clean, organized and very complete apartment, especially in kitchen utensils. Fantastic leisure area. The only observation is that the apartment faces the street, so it is natural that there is noise from cars and buses.

Very small space, but for a person's stay and for the amount charged is worth it. Neighborhood very quiet. Clean space, pleasant, comfortable. The bathroom is missing a hygienic shower.

I live in the area and had to leave for a few days due to renovations in my apartment. Emillene was always very kind and everything was agreed with ease and flexibility. The apartment is well located, with several facilities nearby such as a supermarket, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy, laundries, etc. I recommend it. I thank Emillene for the kindness of her reception.
