Clean, complete, comfortable mattresses, parking space and sturdy bunk bed that conveys safety (important, right?). House with everything you need for your stay. Fran, the host, is a sweetheart! Super kind and helpful, as well as her in-laws, Mrs. Edna and Mr. Jesus, who received orders during my absence and were always very helpful. The location of the house itself does not have things nearby, such as shops or bakeries, so you need a car for practicality. But it has fast deliveries. I highly recommend hosting!

Marli's Airbnb is excellent. The house is cozy, with charming decor and a lived-in home atmosphere. It is very well located, close to a bakery, snack bars, pharmacy and market. Everything was clean and organized, the bed is comfortable and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, with a stable signal for remote work. The location can be a bit noisy as it is next to an avenue, so it is good to consider this (and wear ear protection). Marli is a super attentive host, always available to help. The space is well equipped: refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, hot shower, hair dryer, iron, extra blankets; I didn't miss anything. It is about 10 minutes by car from USP. I recommend checking the address correctly (and not the ready location of the app) to arrive without problems. I intend to stay there again when I return to São Paulo :)

The area is quiet and easy to access the highway. Very safe place with a bakery, pizzeria, etc. nearby. Apartment with comfortable beds, very good shower and amenities at hand. I recommend it!!!

Good location, the kit net was just like the description, around it there were a lot of commercial establishments such as markets, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies and two squares! Quiet, safe place and Mr. Enio is super helpful, proactive and very polite!

Spacious apartment and, although integrated, it has well-separated environments, kitchen, living room/TV, large bed and a balcony that has a small table for up to 4 people and a desk with a comfortable work chair. The hosts left some treats that, in addition to showing attention and care for the guest, make all the difference for those who arrive tired and with a busy routine. The apartment has a 25-meter heated pool on the ground floor, with a gym and sauna, and another smaller pool on the rooftop with an excellent view. The highlight of the location is the proximity (5 min walk) to the Morumbi and Market Place malls.

Simple and cozy! I feel at home, the beds are wonderful, very large, very good space! and there is a market in the building that also makes it easier! and about the key in the car that I saw some people afraid! there is no reason why it is something common in the building! We will come back more often!
