Close to restaurants and grocery store. In bad weather, we have a water-palletized bathhouse inside central Mönsterås. The cottage is well insulated, so you can stay there in the winter. The whole house was newly renovated in 2024. There are two parking spaces on the property, so it is possible to bring a boat if you are going to fish in Mönsterås Bay. No parties and smoking inside.

Karlsborg

The house, a lovely summer dream with carpenter's joy, is located in the pleasant village of Hagelsrum, 5 km from Målilla. It was built in 1907, carefully renovated, bright and welcoming. Apple trees, peonies and lilacs. A little further down, the Silverån river winds its way. The pastures outside the plot extend far and make the landscape sunny, bright and beautiful. There is plenty of forest where you can wander around, pick berries and mushrooms, enjoy coffee in a thermos with a sandwich, listen to the silence and feel the scents of the forest.

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Here you live comfortably and nicely in a newly-renovated one-story house of 170 square meters with various amenities and with an outstanding view of the archipelago around Figeholm. Just 20 minutes from Ölandsbron is this farm with outbuildings dating back to the 18th century. Here you live in the white/green house with 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom, toilet and kitchen. You have access to a barbecue and dining area. The sea is visible 1.5 km east of the farm and lovely, child-friendly Bjärbybadet with a sandy beach is just 2.5 km away. Borgholm is 23 km away and Kalmar 35 km. Bed linens and towels are included. You clean before leaving the accommodation.

Welcome to beautiful Västervik! The 30 sqm house contains a fully-equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft for 2 people. Pillows, blankets, bed linens and towels are included in the price. Of course, there are TV, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth speakers. Bicycles are available to borrow, it is only about 10 minutes to Västervik Resort and about 15 minutes to the city center. PLEASE NOTE: The house has been expanded in 2025 to add a proper bedroom.

The house is located in a calm idyllic area, with neighbours around, so it fits you who likes calmness. Earlier it was a cat in the house. Around 2 km from the house, it´s a village called Blankaholm. There you can swim in the sea, icecream café, mini golf and more. You also have the possibility to rent a small boat or go with a boat on a seatrip.
