In the house there is a double bed 180 cm, a fully-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower, Wi-Fi and TV. Bed linens and towels are included. Laundry room is available to use in another farm building. 2 bicycles are available to borrow. The house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. Final cleaning is included. 150 meters to the sea and beach with service (open approx. week 26-34) 200-300 meters to the recreational area with outdoor gym/Fallebo farm. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people

Also to nice swimming areas and bird sanctuaries. Between the cottage and the sea, it is a walk of about 30-40 minutes and about 3 km. Perfect for a walk or jog. The cottage has a quiet and nice location with new outdoor furniture and sun loungers. A perfect place to explore Öland from. Here it is so soothing and relaxing. Warm welcome and feel at home.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Welcome to our wonderful log cabin, located only 20 meters from a beautiful, small forest lake with its own jetty and boat. The cottage offers a fantastic large raised wooden terrace of 30 m2 with both a lounge seating and a dining area where you can barbecue and eat overlooking the lake. Enjoy the private sauna overlooking the lake, in the house with close connection to the log cabin. Inside the cabin, there is a fireplace where you can light a cozy fire in the evening.

Through a winding forest road, you will finally reach the destination, with the sea as your closest neighbor. As soon as you turn off the engine of the car and walk out the car door, you will encounter the wonderful nature, the sea and the silence that only such a place can provide. Down by the harbor, there is also a harbor café, with generous opening hours and an inn where food is served. For those of you who are interested in golf, Oskarshamn's attractive golf course with a large newly built restaurant is only 10 minutes from here. Guided kayak tours can be offered for an extra fee.

Shower, toilet, washing machine, dryer, fully-equipped kitchen, TV, DVD, (no Wi-Fi) are available. Discover all the farm's chickens, 2 cats, 1 dog and rabbits. Pick eggs and enjoy breakfast overlooking fields and forests. About 2 km from here, you will find Lake Maren where you can swim. It takes about 45 minutes to drive to Astrid Lindgren's World.

Välkomna till vackra Västervik! Huset på 30 kvm innehåller ett fullutrustat kök, ett komplett badrum med dusch, Sovrum med 2 bäddar och sovloft för 2 personer. Kuddar, täcken, sängkläder och handdukar ingår i priset. Gästerna bäddar själva. Självklart finns Tv, Wi-Fi och Bluetooth högtalare. Cyklar finns att låna, det är bara ca 10 min till Västervik Resort och ca 15 minuter till centrum. OBS! Huset har byggts ut 2025 för att få till ett ordentligt sovrum.
