Na raspolaganju vam je apartman od 70 m2 otvorenog prostora, u prizemlju se nalazi potpuno opremljena kuhinja, dnevni boravak s tv-om te wc s tušom. Na katu je smještena spavaća soba kao otvorena galerija sa velikim tv-om, a uz nju i wc s tuš kadom. Prostor je klimatiziran i imate besplatni WiFi.

Podmeja is a small, authentic village where you can buy local olive oil, jam, wine, honey...The beautiful natural surroundings invite for strolls or hikes. This is also a peaceful base for exploring the peninsula. The house is cosy and furnished with many hand-made items. As your neighbors we will be available to help you in any way we can. Truffle inspired apartment near the Butoniga lake

The apartment (a small house) is situated in the village Paladini near town Buzet known as the "city of truffles"(12km). 13 km from the beautiful old town Motovun and 18km from Hum the smallest town in the world. The views from the village are stunning. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We also have a Truffle shop and we can organize truffle hunting in family Karlić tartufi.

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
