It is said that Telemark is Norway in miniature. Ulefoss is then again the most central point to explore Telemark. Day trips to Oslo in the east or Kristiansand in the south-west are fine. The house Tangen is located at the water's edge in the middle of the Telemark Canal, with 70 meters of swimming and fish-friendly shoreline. You sit in the front row to an amazing wildlife with ducks, swans, geese and, not least, beavers who daily have their swims past the garden. Summer cottage at the edge of the forest, with a short distance to the sea

Located on the edge of the forest, where the forest leads straight down to the beach. Peaceful place, without disturbance. No traffic in the area. Parking on site. Very child friendly, with playgrounds nearby. Sun all day. 15 minutes by car to the center of Fredrikstad, but local fish restaurant and fish shop 5 minutes away in walking distance. Engelsviken is a cozy little holiday paradise , with great hiking opportunities, including the coastal path. Large golf course nearby. Possibility to rent a boat . Welcome :)

Stunning ocean view cottage

200 m walk to beautiful Båteviken just by "Kuststigen" (hiking trail) where you can swim and enjoy the day in the sand or at the cliffs. In the garden there are plenty room for relaxing or running. The two small houses host two smaller families (there are 4 beds suited for 4-6 adults and three suited for children) with three bedrooms (2 in the main house) on the terrace there are outdoor furniture and a small barbeque. In the area you have mini golf, playground, SPA, restaurant and golf course.

Small social house by lake, only 30 min. from Oslo

This small social house is situated on the brink of Østmarka national park. You probably will not meet the shy wolf and lynx, but you might see deer og moose. Neighbours are friendly, the city is close. I live here, but sleep in my workshop next door when I have guests. When you are visiting, we share the kitchen and the bathroom, and the big garden. Book a forest bathing walk if you want 2-3 hours of relaxation., I am a certified guide.

House from 2018 own peninsula, at Stora Le in Nøssemark

Short way to the sea, all alone with no direct neighbors. A peninsula alone, but still central with approx. 30 min to town. And 10 min to shop and restaurant. In one with nature There are good fishing opportunities in Stora Le. Which the yard borders. Gets those who have experience with a boat. It may be possible to rent this. Any kayak or canoe can also be rented by agreement. Please contact us regarding the price of this.

Spacious modern rustic 1000sqm private garden

This architectual 60m2 apartement is just one big room with kitchen, dining area, sofa and bed all in the same room. The ceiling in the library is very high and has lots of windows, some of them with light shadowing, especially around the bed. There's a toilet and sink inside, and a hot water shower in your own private garden. It is a really tranquile place!
