Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

The Wersehaus with direct water access including canoe

Historic charm meets modern comfort – your home on the Werse The Wersehaus is a lovingly renovated holiday home in the heart of Handorf-Münster, right on the water. The house was built in 1934 and completely renovated in 2025 – however, the special charm of the old wooden beams continues to run through every room and reminds of the history of this unique house. You can take a tour here by canoe, enjoy the tranquility on the water and switch off at Netflix & Disney+.

Münster: House on the Werse

Our house on the Werse: surrounded by nature and yet only a 20-minute bike ride to the main market. The cottage is located on a 1000m2 plot and offers direct access to the Werse. The protected landscape area is characterized by the typical boathouses that lie like pearls on a chain on the idyllic river. In the nearby outdoor swimming pool you can swim, the cycling and hiking trail starts in front of the door and the boat rental is also not far.

The apartment is officially registered and officially approved for short-term rental. This spacious 4.5-room apartment, renovated in the summer of 2021, stretches over 2 floors. It has a large, light-flooded living/dining area, 3 fully equipped bedrooms as well as 2 modern bathrooms and a balcony. In just under 15 minutes, you can reach Münster's beautiful city center with the available bicycles (2x) and move as fast as real Münster residents.

Thanks to a well-developed network of bike paths, you can easily explore Münster (15 km) and the surrounding area.

Our farm is located in the heart of the Münsterland on the outskirts of the Emsstadt Greven. The farm was built in 1873 and the agricultural management has been leased since 2020. Nestled in the idyll of the Aldruper Heide, you will find peace and quiet to unwind. Thanks to a well-developed network of bike paths, you can easily explore Münster (15 km) and the surrounding area.

The apartment is located in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance.
