Holiday rentals with lake access in Østensjø

We had such a wonderful stay here. The house is stunning, had everything we could need and the hosts were lovely. They helped with local recommendations as well as making sure we had all the information we needed for the house. Not to mention the gift of some mixture for us to make traditional waffles! The train station is just a few minutes' walk. The kids particularly loved the pool and table tennis table, and I really enjoyed the beautiful walks that are possible from the property. All in all a five star stay.

We stayed here for 2 days … the location near by sea 100 meter walkable distance to the beach.. place is very good.its 30 minutes by car to reach city center…if u r looking for stay out of city this is the best place..

Very pleasant stay, very well located accommodation, close to all amenities: tram, bus, supermarket. Quiet neighborhood 30 minutes from Oslo Spacious and very well-equipped accommodation, with a parking space nearby. Morten is a very friendly and very responsive host, everything was planned for our arrival: towels and beds made, coffee, tea and small sweets. I really highly recommend without hesitation.

We have rented the house to Melanie and Kristian for the second year in a row. We almost feel it our second house. Love the house, the location and not least the warm and nice tone that goes back and forth in all the messages we have had back and forth. It is very likely that we will come back and rent the house again on another occasion. Thank you so much for us!

Rural house with large and cozy outdoor area. Short distances to public transport, large and nice beach, football fields and shops/Holmen shopping center. We had a great time at Therese's house, and would love to come again. Therese was very nice and welcoming and responded quickly to inquiries.

Really amazing home with magnificent views, the house is very large, modern and well equipped. The decoration is warm and beautiful with high taste. The location is wonderful, the house is about 20 minutes to Oslo center and 40 minutes to Oslo airport, in addition there are a lot malls in the area, there are a mall within 1km distance only with many shops and restaurants. In this home you will feel like you are in the nature but you are also in the city. Which was a great combination. Lydia and Per was amazing hosts, they are always responsive, friendly and welcoming.. it was great to meet them. This is definitely one of best airbnb stays that I have experienced, and i will definitely love to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay. Nice location with everything you need in walking distance. It was easy to find both by car and public transport. There is a short distance stop for trams from the dwelling, it makes it very easy to get into the city center if you wish. The home was equipped with everything one might need. The house had a homey feel to it. It was easy to feel at home. The host was incredibly accommodating and responded quickly if there should be anything. All in all a very nice stay.

The corner house is a charming Scandinavian house in a suburb of Oslo within walking distance of the beautiful Ostmarka nature reserve. There are some flats here and there, but the amenities nearby are perfect with a large supermarket and the metro within walking distance. The property itself is small, but feels grand with fine furniture and a bed in each room. Even a separate room for the children and a covered terrace outside. Contact with the host is smooth and quick.

A beautiful apartment with a wonderful view of the city. Ivar was very accommodating and quickly responsive. Highly recommended.

Emil’s place was great - right next to the water with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Grocery store next door. Emil was super responsive and helpful as well, our original Airbnb canceled on us as soon as we got into the city and he got the place ready to go super quickly. Awesome host

We found that the landlord was easy to communicate with and wanted to facilitate the best possible experience for us. The location made this apartment special, as well as everything was clean and proper inside. We would be happy to come back if the opportunity arises!

This was our first time to Oslo and this place was great! Walkable to everything and located in a building where it was quiet, safe and private. Grocery store downstairs which was super convenient. The rooftop terrace and balcony of the apartment had really great views. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again when visiting Oslo. Anders is as a great host and very responsive to anything that came up.

Our stay here was truly amazing. Incredibly clean, beautiful and spacious rooms where we could spend each day relaxing. There is a beautiful river running right in front of the house and it is a really serene place. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Norway. Thank you sooo much!!

Ori is a great host and very responsive. Clear instructions for key collection and deposit at nearby store. Apartment gets the lovely afternoon sunshine and has everything you need. Local neighbourhood is great too, botanic gardens are very close and Grünerløkka very walkable. We also found the nearby Tøyen metro useful for going into the centre of Oslo. Also, there’s a great local bar by the metro, along with shops. Would highly recommend Ori’s lovely apartment! We had a great visit.

Gabriella’s place is a beautiful apartment. As described in the advert and also surprisingly spacious. Gabriella provided excellent recommendations and the flat was very well located and close to crucial transport links. We had an amazing stay in Oslo!

Beautiful place to escape to enjoy nature. The cabin, hot tub, and sauna were lovely and we hope to stay here again soon. Highly recommend.

The home was as the host described, with quiet surroundings with nice hiking opportunities and lovely animals in the courtyard. Host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to messages sent. We can safely recommend others to rent here.
