Elegant apartment centrally located in Manglerud, with one bedroom, large bathroom, open solution between kitchen and living room. Kitchen is equipped with all you may need for cooking. Large balcony where the sun can be enjoyed from the afternoon and throughout the evening. The apartment is a short walk of 3-5 minutes from the subway, and from here you can get to Oslo city center in 12 minutes. Shopping center and several grocery stores are nearby. 10 min walk to Manglerud swimming pool. There is free street parking outside the apartment.

Our home (part of a condominium) in an older house (We own the 1st floor) We envision that it is a family with children who rents. 2 min. walk to the train station and you are in Oslo S after 8 min. 10 min. walk to Katten and Vølund (beaches) or a half-hour walk to the beautiful Hvervenbukta. By car it is 10 mins. to Tusenfryd and 10 mins. to Oslo S.

Free parking in the streets. City views. The apartment is suitable for 1–2 people, but can accommodate up to 4 with a sofa bed. It has a full kitchen, tiled bathroom with a good shower and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. A good desk for home office on the go. A perfect place for those who want to stay near the city, but without the noise.

Mulighet for overnatting på sovesofa i stuen for en person (barn under 12 år to personer). Fin uteplass. Leilighet ligger nær t-bane (3 minutter) og gratis gateparkering. T-banen bruker 18 minutter til sentrum. Flere dagligvarebutikker ligger 600m unna. Kort vei til skog og mark, med innsjøer man kan badet i. På vinteren kan man gå på ski og skøyter.

Die Wohnung verfügt über ein neues Badezimmer mit Regendusche und Waschmaschine. Das Appartement ist eine eigene Wohnung in unserem Haus und hat Aussicht ins Grüne.
