Relax in this unique and peaceful accommodation with proximity to the swimming area. Here you enter the calm directly surrounded by the turn-of-the-century charm, linseed oil painted beadboard, well-equipped kitchen with large gas stove for those interested in cooking as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from a newly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house was completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower and fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of a large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Here you have the opportunity for both an active vacation or rest and recreation. This cottage is located in a nice environment on northern Gräsö. Here you have 2 km to nice bathing cliffs and 1 km to a fishing port with a bathing jetty. Around the area, you will find nature trails for hiking, biking or running. If you have a boat, there is a ramp for launching. The archipelago offers fantastic cliffs for sunbathing and swimming, and is also good for fishing. Bed linens and towels/bath towels are included. The cabin is about 50 meters from the landlord's home.

In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

You can borrow a bike for free. This is the place for those who are looking for a relaxing environment in the country.

The accommodation is located on our plot with access to its own terrace in a sunny location. The cabin has full ceiling height with sleeping loft, sauna and wood-fired stove. And air heat pump The bus station is 300 meters from the accommodation, distance to the city center and harbor about 500 meters.

Tillgång till Wifi och TV-utbud via G-Chromecast med fjärrkontroll. Mer info i stugan. Städning ingår i priset. Incheckning från kl 15 och utcheckning senast kl 12. OBS! Under höst och vinter har vi tre dagars förberedelsetid pga att golvvärmen långsamt segar sig upp från den lägre underhållsvärmen .
