Here you enter the tranquility directly surrounded by the charm of the turn of the century, liner oil-painted pearly, well-equipped kitchen with a large gas stove for those interested in food as well as amenities such as a dishwasher and water from freshly drilled well. Enjoy sitting in front of a crackling fire after a walk in the mushroom forest or cooling AC in the summer. The house completely renovated in 2020. No shower and toilet inside but has a newly built outdoor shower as well as a fresh outdoor toilet.

In the living room there is a sofa, table, armchairs, TV and a cozy fireplace. The bathroom area consists of large shower room, sauna and separate toilet. Large terrace with lounge group and barbecue.

To the south is the Stockholm archipelago and to the north the open sea. 1.5 hours from Arlanda. Bus to Uppsala every 30 minutes. 5 minutes walk to bus station and ferry to Gräsö.

Welcome to a historical beach house on the shore of Väddö canal! We are renting out the upper half of it - the spacious upper floor with a private entrance. The story of this beautiful house dates back to the 19 century when the school teachers from Stockholm used to spend their holidays here. Beautiful back yard with a sitting area facing and with access to the sea (Väddöviken). 5 km to lovely Grisslehamn with the nearest grocery store, restaurants, marina, luxury spa hotel and ferry to Åland.

Här hos oss på Solgården erbjuder vi detta fina brygghus på ca 30kvm med sovloft (låg takhöjd) 3 bäddar och bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. Men med inglasat uterum samt veranda så blir utrymmet dubbelt så stort. Lillstugan har två sköna sängar. Bra utrustat kök, wc och dusch. Läget är fantastiskt med havsutsikt och tillgång till en brygga för att njuta av bad och sol, eller att låna våra två kanoter, enkelkajaker för en tur ut i havsviken. Njut av god middag, grilla och samtidigt se solen gå ned.

There's plenty of activities nearby such as golf, padel, kayaking, and visits to historic Iron Works. 10 km to the picturesque coastal town of Öregrund.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful and spacious home of just over 100 square meters. Very quiet and quiet place on an old farm near the nice Rastsjöbadet. Easy to walk down to the bath which is well kept. Has both brew bath and sandy beach and also picnic table, barbecue areas and toilet. Close to Österbybruk, Uppsala and many nice excursions. We are a family who has the house in the middle of the farm. We have a vegetable farm and move around the farm during the days.
