Welcome to our charming house on Sunnanö, just outside Öregrund! Here you live in a quiet environment close to the sea, cliffs and forest. The house is bright and homely with a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room and comfortable beds. On the porch, with sun all day, you can enjoy the morning coffee. This charming turn of the century house is a 10-minute walk from Tallparken with beautiful walking paths, small sandy beach and cliffs where you can enjoy the sunset. In Öregrund harbor (15 min walk) there are shops and restaurants. Note: Week 25-28, the tenant has access to the garden with a large terrace facing south, outdoor kitchen, a smaller pool, trampoline, etc. OTHER WEEKS ONLY THE HOUSE AND a SMALLER PATIO with lounge group and grill (hence reduced price).

Wonderful 19th century farm

Large and wonderfully charming house on farm from the 1880s. There are generous areas for socializing both inside and out. Swim in the pool or take a sauna, play or do yoga in the barn. Grill at the nice barbecue area or on charcoal grill. Equipment is available for games on the large lawn: badminton, boule and croquet. The house is fully modern but has its old charm preserved, with tiled stoves, beautiful hardwood floors, wood stove and muted windows. Raised garden with fruit trees and berry bushes.

A large dream house in the countryside, but close to everything

Toppenstuga enligt tidigare gäster. Rent och fräscht, med färdigbäddade sängar, handdukar, tvättmaskin och fullt utrustat kök. pool sommartid, ett hemmagym, vi har tre glada småhundar som går löst i trädgården. Läget är perfekt, då det är mitt i allt, men ändå helt ute på den svenska landsbygden, mysigt även på vintern, då man kan åka längdskidor på åkern utanför. Nära till Öregrund, Östhammar, Norrtälje, Uppsala, Arlanda. Det tar under timmen till detta boende. Ett paradis. El och vatten ingår

Charming house built in the end of the 19th century located 70 meters from the water, surrounded by a beautiful garden with flowerbeds, roses and old apple trees which provides plenty of sweet apples in the early easter. A large porch sheltered from the wind and a balcony overlooking the archipelago. Bathrobe-distance to several bathing sites (jetty 100m, cliffs 400m, beach 1,7 km). If you would like to experience Roslagen in the northern parts of the archipelago of Stockholm, this is the place!

Private pool ( 4x8 sq. m.) with a large wooden deck with sun all day for your own disposition. Sauna and shower as well as several places for spending time outside. Swings and games for kids. Fully equipped kitchen. Livingroom with fireplace. Two bedrooms. Two bathrooms (one with shower). Two beds in guesthouse.

Väddö! An oasis in the Roslagen archipelago! Access to a communal pool area a small walk away, and the lovely coastal scenery around the corner. Family friendly beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. Your own house + guest house. All recently refurbished. Fireplace, wifi, sauna, etc. Large terrace with a roofed pergola, outdoor shower, gas grill, etc. Local centres such as Älmsta and Grisslehamn are both a 10-minute drive away. From Grisslehamn You may take the ferry to Åland, Finland!
