In Öregrund harbor (15 min walk) there are shops and restaurants. Note: Week 25-28, the tenant has access to the garden with a large terrace facing south, outdoor kitchen, a smaller pool, trampoline, etc. OTHER WEEKS ONLY THE HOUSE AND a SMALLER PATIO with lounge group and grill (hence reduced price).
