The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Machen Sie Urlaub im luxuriösen Ambiente unseres Gästehauses. Es ist Teil unseres Weingutes SCHOTTENHOF und in unserem Wirtschaftsgebäude integriert. Der nächste Nachbar ist ca. 100m entfernt. Die 4ha große Hofreite liegt idyllisch inmitten der Weinberge und ist zu zwei Seiten ebenerdig erreichbar. Sie können vom Hof aus direkt mit Wanderungen oder Radtouren starten. You'll find anything your heart desires. It has a beautiful, sunny and quiet location. In less than 1 minute you are on the Main. In 10 minutes you can take the bus to downtown Mainz. Relax on the large terrace overlooking the linden trees.

Bring the whole family to this great place. A great garden to relax, also suitable for hiking enthusiasts. The Jungpfalzhütte starts directly from the house. Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. Children are also welcome: There is a trampoline and a large nest swing for romping and playing in the house.
