The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Our house is located directly on the Kleiner Baalsee in the middle of the forest & invites people who want to experience silence & nature! Our four rooms are individually & lovingly furnished, each with their own bathroom/toilet. The house rental is ideal for smaller groups of up to 10 people (plus extra beds, campers, tents) There is a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace & a covered terrace for dining. Boats, barbecue & campfire area, playground/large trampoline are freely available.

This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.
