The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or via electric heating. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A ping-pong table is available. Take a break and relax in our extensive garden, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with a gas hot water shower, dry separation toilet and small cooking facility has a particularly good sleeping climate thanks to the insulation with hemp and clay.
