Enjoy coffee on its banks in the morning, explore the surrounding forests during the day, and warm up by the fire under the stars in the evening. You can expect peace and comfort, combining the magic of nature with modern amenities. The ideal getaway for two – a romantic weekend or a time when you want to shut out the world around you.

Large 2+1 apartment with a new design for 2-6 people

Your whole family will have a relaxing time at this peaceful place to stay, which also features a large kitchen and a large bathroom! There is a bistro and pub on the ground floor of the building, and outside there is a barbecue area that is fully equipped for guests to grill and host their own event! Near the building, there are restaurants and stores like Kaufland and Tesco, and there's also a sauna! Guests can ride their bikes in the mountains or on trails! Next to the building, there's a sports field and an ice rink for skating and playing hockey!

Apartments K Lanovce Ela and Bella with their own parking spots were newly built in July 2023. We offer exclusive service, modern furniture, high-speed internet and full kitchen equipment. Apartment Ela is the smaller of the two apartments offered, but very cozy, suitable for couple or two to three friends. The apartment can be internally connected to the Bella apartment. You can store bikes, skis, or other amenities in a separate and lockable cubicle. The apartment has a private parking space right next to the house.

We are located 21 km (24 min by car) from Klínovec, 13 km (15 min by car) from the Jáchymov - Klínovec cable car, 11 km (10 min by car) from Karlovy Vary and 15 km from the Plešivec ski resort.

There three rooms: kitchen with dining area and living rooms, and two bedrooms with double beds. The fifth bed is located in the living room. Towels and the sheets are available. Outside area with furniture. Upon request garage with workroom which is ideal for motobikers or cyclicts.

This green house is exceptional in its atmosphere. The interior is a boutique cottage. Most of the furniture is original, only newly renovated. We made the other furniture, such as beds, cabinets and cupboards, by hand together with our best friends. We spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. You just have to experience this place.:)
