Really beautiful spot just a few steps away from the main center of restaurants and shops. Great angle to view the lake and mountains — the owners suite on the second floor had a nice view, and then the third floor had a stunning view (which was nice with the open concept between living/dining room). The sauna was a fun touch too! We juuust barely managed to fit our 2 cars into the garage, but might not be doable if your cars are on the larger side.

We stayed here for over a month and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely ideal. It's tucked away on a quiet dead-end street, yet just a 5-minute walk to downtown Wanaka and the lake. It felt very private and peaceful, with no traffic noise, just the sound of the little stream/brook, which we could see and hear from both the bedroom window and the living room balcony. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and we cooked nearly every night. Elizabeth, our host, was incredibly responsive and helped us sort out a minor internet issue right away. We also really appreciated the hospitality—Mike, our local point of contact, even lent us hiking poles for some nearby trails. Overall, a fantastic stay in a beautiful spot. Would absolutely return!

I had a wonderful stay at Sunny's place! She was an exceptional host—extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. The property was spotlessly clean and perfectly located, just a short walk to the charming shops and restaurants in Arrowtown. Sunny also went above and beyond by sending us fantastic recommendations for local activities, making our trip even more enjoyable. I would definitely be happy to book this place again on my next visit! Highly recommended!

I was there for my 60th B-day and i felt like i had hit the jackpot! My guests along with myself want to go back again and im sure we will. We recently stayed at Emma's place for 4 nights, and it was a fantastic experience for our family of five. The home was clean, modern, and stylish, which made our stay very enjoyable. The location was great, offering easy access to Coronet Peak for our ski activities, while also just a short 10-minute drive to the town centre. Emma was a great host, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended!
