Beautiful location with a stunning view of the lake. House was spotlessly clean. Host was friendly and accomodating!

Vicki and Dan are superb hosts. They are so proactive and helpful. They showed how much they cared about us having a great stay by their excellent communication. This home is decorated so well, and each detail is stunning. They have built much of the decor and it is so beautiful. They had the fire lit for us when we got there, which was such a great touch. The house was well stocked, and well maintained. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms were very comfortable and very nice. The hot tub was enjoyable, and the neighborhood was peaceful. We truly appreciated our stay. Thanks for sharing your home with us and for sharing your beautiful corner of the world!

Juliet's homestay is just beautiful!The balcony is the lake view and mountain view, the matching facilities are complete, there is everything you think of here, and there is a semi-automatic coffee machine, we stayed for three days very enjoyed and saw the rainbow🌈!

This crib is all about the view which is clearly spectacular. No other reviews have referenced the property’s layout which I will do here - not as a criticism, but as an observation so that folks can take same into consideration. The property has 2 bedrooms - however they are effectively joined (wth a small ante room in between) meaning that the second bedroom can only be accessed via the first bedroom. This arrangement is certainly noted in the property description; however it’s not apparent from the photos. Folks may need to take this arrangement into account, depending on who they’re sharing with, noting that the occupant of the second bedroom needs to pass through the first bedroom to access the bathroom. My sister and I very much enjoyed our stay & everything the property and surrounds had to offer! Thanks Fiona!

Jimmy was a very thoughtful and responsive host . The house was very comfortable with stunning views. The setting opposite the lake is beautiful, and a great base for exploring other areas of interest around Queenstown. We’d highly recommend Jimmy’s place.

We had a wonderful stay at Jan’s place. We loved all of the details and the interesting art, books and furniture. It felt really homely and there were lots of helpful and thoughtful touches. The beds were all really comfortable with lovely fresh linen. Jan was an incredible host who really made sure that our stay was enjoyable. She was accommodating with a few last minute changes and always responded to messages promptly. We will definitely be booking a stay at Jans the next time we are in Otematata.

Picture perfect view of the lake and mountains. Quiet restful setting. Well equipped kitchen and good functional appliances. Easy walk to a tramping tracks. Nice shower and fabulous tank water, no chlorine or fluoride The only reason we wouldn't come back is the low ceiling height for my 6ft 2" husband who had to lower himself every time he used the stairs. Both bedrooms are upstairs, the bathroom is downstairs. The house rattled in the strong winds so ear plugs are a good idea if staying in the second bedroom. I highly recommend this place, but do your shopping enroute as the local supplies are limited.

Such a beautiful home! The view was truly astounding. And the location was perfect. Very clean and comfortable house — everything provided for. And Deborah was an extremely helpful and friendly host! Can’t wait to come back!

Loved the place. It was exactly as described and better than I could imagine. Everything was easy and smooth. Lyndal is always there to help you with anything. Overall, great way to make our Queenstown trip memorable.

It’s such a comfortable and cozy place at a very convenient location! Kirsty is an amazing host! She replied to our messages promptly and even turned on the lights for us as we arrived at night. Such a perfect house! Compact yet very well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The house was pristine clean, and the location was peaceful and quiet, very ideal for a relaxing stay. Clare’s place was fantastic. So so well appointed with everything you could possibly need - it was so well considered. The location was stunning and perfect for a chilled cosy weekend in front of the log burner. Instructions for check in and the house itself were super easy to follow and Clare was brilliant for communication. Highly recommend adding on the spa pool for a relaxing soak overlooking a gorgeous view.

Beautifully kept farm home in pristine country side. Close enough to surrounding towns to enjoy their amenities. We were graced with snow fall for the duration of our stay which made the home even more cosy to be in.

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the cottage. It was so cosy and everything had been thought of - comfortable bed, skylight for stargazing, outdoor bath and even slippers. We appreciated all the baby items that were set up and the toys and books. It’s in a great location and a short drive to so many great walks and scenic spots. Beautiful home, so lovely to have the fire set. Ready to be lit on arrival . Ideal location for my daughter’s wedding. The host was fantastic, easy to deal with. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend the Vulcan hotel for meals and drinks.

Excellent cottage! Beautiful courtyard, nice view and quite. There is a red folder provide all information including home appliances manual. Welcome cookie and warmfirplace have been set up before arrived. Highly recommend for all Airbnb user!

Location was the stand out! 10-15 mins walk for central Queenstown. Cosy, plenty of parking and all amenities were great. Would stay here again when we’re back in Queenstown!
