We had the most fantastic time staying at Villino. It really did feel like a proper restful holiday away. The reality was better than the pictures and we had a lovely long lunch just next door at the vineyard and walked down the road for an easy swim at the beach. The food and communications made everything so easy. Really hope we can stay again sometime.

We had a fantastic stay at this accommodation! The location is peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect getaway while still being conveniently close to everything we needed. The house itself is well-equipped with plenty of amenities, and the facilities were spotless and well-maintained. One of the highlights was how great the space is for entertaining guests—it’s an ideal spot for bringing extended family together, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and very flexible, which made the whole experience even better. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-appointed stay! We’ll definitely be back.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The home is nestled in the lap of nature, with breathtaking surroundings that make you feel on top of the world. The kids loved the open space, and the stargazing at night was magical. A truly memorable experience, made even better by a lovely and welcoming host. Highly recommend!

This house is stunning! We had a family holiday here over Easter, to create memories together before some of us move overseas and it was just perfect. It had enough space that we could all relax without feeling on top of each other, amenities that made us so comfortable (shout out to the coffee machine!), beautifully comfortable beds and linen and set in such a peaceful spot. We couldnt recommend this stay more for those needing a bit of space, a touch of luxury and a home that’s well suited for all ages! Toddler friendly, teen friendly, grandparent friendly! 🩷

We had a wonderful stay at this super cute and stylish Bach! It was comfy, clean, and really well equipped — we especially loved the great selection of books and games, the pizza maker, and access to the spa pool. The location was perfect too. Highly recommend!

Great host and a great property, very quiet and relaxing right on the golf course. Access to the pool and gym was great following the event we took part in. Hoping to visit again next year.

Fantastic accommodation great pool communicative hosts would love to be back

Ryan’s house was exactly what we’d hoped for on our last 4 nights in NZ. The view looking out over the ocean absolutely made our stay! We had everything we needed to do as much as or as little as we liked. The location is very close to the shops by car and definitely walkable (though hilly). We walked to the Cathedral Cove track which we would highly recommend and were fortunate it had re-opened recently. Make sure you do the extra lookout viewpoint loop, the views are incredible. Ryan was responsive, friendly and helpful when communicating. We would recommend Ryan’s home and would definitely stay again if we came back!

Nicole’s place is a fabulous wee spot. We loved the visits by native birds and the wonderful vista from the deck. And the peaceful atmosphere. We would happily go back.

We absolutely loved our long weekend at the great escape Whitianga, the house had everything we needed for a fun relaxing family weekend away. The house was absolutely spotless and the beds were super comfy and everything was so well set up for all that we needed! Nice private backyard for the kids to play and the spa was lovely in the cooler evenings. We can’t wait to come back!

Julie was a great host! Her home is literally on the beachfront so great to place to go for a quick swim and picnic right outside from your stay. Child friendly as well - my toddler enjoyed all the toys available for the beach. Large bedrooma with two facing the beach front for amazing views and waking up to the sound of the waves. Large kitchen with all amenities found. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be back sometime soon!

Found a gem at one of the most beautiful beaches we've ever seen (and we've traveled a lot)! Wide bay, gorgeous vegetation, hills, and perfect blue water - everything you'd expect from New Zealand's best. The soft white sand is just steps away (2-min walk). The house is an architectural standout with thoughtful design. Multiple terraces for different times of day, with the covered garden area being our favorite spot for working and barbecues. The beds are totally comfy which is an important plus, also everything was spotless clean - something we unfortunately don't get from every house we rent through Airbnb. You can tell this is a loved home - everything you need is available, from cutlery to glasses. No shortages here! An unforgettable experience we'd definitely repeat if given the chance. Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay, the space was much bigger than expected and perfect for us with our 3 small children. Kitchen was really well equipped and fresh milk in the fridge always helps when you arrive late in the evening. So close to the beach and the little town. We were super comfortable and warm and would definitely return in the future. Thank you ! :)

Overall perfect location for the wedding we were traveling for. Nice bathroom and outdoor dining area. Beds were very comfortable with lovely furnishings throughout. Great kitchen with everything you need. Bedrooms are on small side but to be expected as renovated and refurbished cottage.

Christines place is great! It’s clean, well equipped and great house for a nice vacation. Garden is lovely with an outdoor fire and grass for kids to play around on. I would 100% stay again. We were two families with four kids in total and it worked very well. House is close to the playground and beach which makes it even better:)

This is the most beautiful homestay we have stayed in on this trip, it lives up to its name. We felt the Host's thoughtful service to guests. We experienced unlimited drinks and wine at a homestay for the first time, and you can see the sea from every corner of the house. We also love the decoration style of the homestay. The smart facilities provided by the B&B also made us feel very convenient. Most importantly, the Host is really nice, answered all our questions, and provided a lot of helpful information. A fantastic place for a getaway. We went for a girlfriend catch up. This place would be great for a family group too-plenty of space for everyone. It is situated very close to the Lost Spring pools and spa. The home was extremely well-appointed and had everything you could need. There are comfortable beds and great bathrooms. We were lucky enough with the weather to be able to sit outside in the sun on the outdoor couches. Highly recommend.
