5 Acre PIne Cabin is a new construction 3 bedroom plus cabin featuring open floor plan and 2 full bathrooms. A full kitchen, featuring a custom iron stair case engraved with pines and bears and an open living room with TV, as well as one Full bedroom and full bath are downstairs. The second level consists of 2 more full bedrooms and an open den area with twin trundle beds, TV with Roku. There is also an outdoor open fire pit. We are located just 10 miles to All Star Village Baseball!

Copes Corner Park is 3 miles away on the Butternut Creek where you can fish or launch a kayak or canoe. The Unadilla Drive-In, breweries, snowmobile trails, and places to hike are also nearby.
