The house was cleverly brought together with thoughtful details. The house was immaculate and the details such as umbrellas, nice linens, well supplied kitchen and comfortable amenities made all the difference. We were exhausted from work and it was a perfect spot to land.

Great place, great host. Highly recommend. Whenever I am traveling to the area, I’ll book here. Be a nice little getaway too.

Michael is an amazing host. This is the second time we have stayed at Lake Albanese. The only problem we had was when we arrived, the people before us had left several bags of garbage on porch and the cleaning crew had never showed up so the inside was a mess. I want to emphasize that this was not Michael’s fault but was unfortunate and a little inconvenient. Good thing this particular property had a loft cabin next door that we were able to hang out in until the cleaning crew arrived and finished. I will definitely stay at Lake Albanese again.

We had an incredibly relaxing stay at Katherine's place, which felt like a private sanctuary! Booked last minute for a post-holiday getaway, everything exceeded our expectations. Katherine’s attention to detail and passion for hospitality are evident in every aspect of the home. The space is beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and a well-stocked kitchen—better than any other Airbnb we've stayed at. The spa facilities, including a private sauna with a stunning view, were the highlight. We also enjoyed a magical evening in the hot tub under the stars. Katherine’s commitment to guest comfort is exceptional, and we’re already planning our next visit!

This place was exactly what we needed for a long weekend away. A private getaway that was comfortable and had access to fishing. Description was for a lakeside location with boats, but it was a few minute walk that only offered kayaks. It was ok with us because we caught a large amount of fish off the gazebo dock. The house was very clean and had a great layout. Michael is a great host who is very responsive when needed. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quiet get away.

This was a absolute gem of an Airbnb. The location was everything my wife and I imagine for our kids to grow up in one day. The plot of land the home sat on was one from a fairytale. Melody was a great host. We will 100% be back to this location.

Beautiful home! Michael was a great host and very responsive. We shared the home with another family while in town for a baseball tournament. It’s right on the water, the kids loved the kayaks. Basement game room was great, house was nice and clean. Beds were good. Could have used a few more towels for the lake- there’s only 1 beach towel. The kitchen is pretty stocked with basics but there were no baking dishes and just 1 small frying pan. It’s about 10 minutes from CASV so it wasn’t a bad drive every day. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming for Cooperstown!

We absolutely loved our time at this cabin! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well furnished. The setting was peaceful, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. It’s a fantastic value for what you get, and we couldn’t have asked for a better home base while in the area. If you’re in town for baseball at the Cooperstown All Star Village in Oneonta, this is a perfect option—close enough to be convenient, yet far enough to unwind after a long day at the field. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

3 year staying here always upgrading new deck and fencing upgrades look great

Like many of the other reviews, this place is better in person! it is secluded but feels very safe, lots of space to release your anxiety from wherever you are traveling, there’s abundant amount of materials and things to do provided by Theresa, very responsive and the cabin was decorated with a lot of care and attention to detail and you will feel it as soon as you walk in. The cabin is also very clean and feels it was built with good and new materials. We went to the cobleskill flea market and it was amazing. We will definitely look to come back in a different season to enjoy the heat or maybe the frozen pond!

This was my first time at Kailey's place in Unadilla. I tried to book last year but the dates I needed were not available, so I was sure to book early this year. I stayed at this cabin to attend a SCWK trial in Otego, only 10-15 minutes away.... What a coy place Hilltop cabin is......a fenced deck off the bedroom is a plus and there is so much land to walk around and the pond is lovely....very quiet, although there are a few houses around but I never heard anything but nature! Kailey was an accommodating hostess, reaching out various times to make sure everything was acceptable and that I was able to unlock the lock box and get into the cabin.....The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower was delightful! I would definitely recommend this cabin to others with no hesitation. Thank you, Kailey, for such a memorable stay.....

For price the place was great. Location for us was perfict I have spent 75 plus years in the area. If you like solatude its perfect. For a veiw walk the road down towards the pond then make a left and follow the power line to the crest of the hill over looking the western end of the Catskills. Place could use a few more plates and smaller bowls for A cerial breakfast. Place is perfect for 5 but can sleep 6. I would stay here again. .

This cabin is truly stunning and in a very private peaceful location. Unfortunately it rained the entire weekend of our stay so we didn’t get to enjoy the outdoor serenity of the firepit and Adirondack chairs .. but the indoor amenities kept us cozy, comfortable and completely entertained. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with necessary utensils, dishes and cleaners. bathrooms are spotless ( very important to this customer!) and stocked with soft towels, guest soaps and shampoo. Very warm, inviting feel to the whole place. Loved it!

The best weekend getaway space for when you need to be one with the nature. Super secluded. The property is well maintained, the perfect balance of seclusion while having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Gerry and Don were very responsive and helpful at every stage. The space was cleaned and heated before we arrived. Both Don and Gerry were friendly and proactive. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was perfect. Atop a field in the middle of nowhere we had what seemed like the world to ourselves. With amazing views all around and fields to walk thru and explore, this was just what we needed to unplug. We will be back.

My family and I stayed at cabin for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We unfortunately lost power for a few hours because of the snow storm but Matt was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. He brought over extra lamps and even brought over cookies and seeds for our kids. The power was back up later that evening. They made our Thanksgiving extra special and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely incredible stay at The Teal Cabin. We were looking for something secluded, quiet, charming, and surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. Was perfect for a weekend getaway and would also be a great stay with a small group of friends. We absolutely loved the deck space and enjoyed all the lovely bird sounds. 10/10, we hope to come back in the winter! We happened to be visiting during a crazy rainstorm with flooding in the area and definitely agree with the other reviews that the drive up to the cabin is pretty steep and rocky. We have a Jeep with 4 wheel drive so not a problem at all, but I would not necessarily recommend this location if you have a small car with poor pick-up. South Kortright and its neighboring towns are an absolute gem as well. This part of the Catskills is extremely underrated. Hao provided us with a wonderful list of recommendations of places to see/eat. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

Cattle Creek Cabin is a cozy gem in a beautiful surrounding. Incredibly peaceful location with an amazing view. The cabin is warm and inviting, a great space to spend quality time with a small or large group of friends. It is clear a lot of though and care has been put into this house. The kitchen is large and well stocked with cookware making it a perfect space to cook and dine with friends. Clean and comfortable bedrooms, with plenty of space for friends. The host was responsive and lovely to communicate with. I can't wait for a return trip to Cattle Creek Cabin!

This was such an amazing place. Peaceful! The lake was amazing. You are renting from a rental company, so they have you sign a separate agreement and ask for another deposit that wasn’t in the description. Super clear instructions and easy peasy. They send you an App with instructions and all sorts of other information. I grew up in the area and was coming back to be with family. I felt right at home. Would absolutely love to stay here again, and for much longer! Don’t sleep on going down by the lake! Pretty good fishing. And fun swimming right from the dock.

I only wish I had more time to spend wandering the beautiful grounds. thank you Todd for allowing me to check in early to accommodate plans with my family.

We loved this cottage! It was very cozy and comfortable. Patricia was a fantastic host, she really went above and beyond with touches around the house. We got fresh eggs from her chickens and the cottage was equipped with snacks. The kitchen was very well furnished for an Airbnb and cooking was a delight. The cottage was spotless as well. The only small improvement that could be made was the mattress. The area is also very beautiful, we walked around the neighborhood and the surroundings are gorgeous. Wholehearted five stars, we will be back!

My recent stay in Bloomville, NY, nestled in the Catskills, was an absolute gem. This cozy cabin, near the Delaware River and a charming farm, offered a unique and unforgettable experience. The outdoor shower, surrounded by nature and the sound of the river, was a true highlight. The landscape was simply breathtaking! Oh, and the fresh, clean air was everything!#airquality 🙌🏼 What a welcome escape from the city, and it was the perfect place to rejuvenate! Honestly — what truly made this stay exceptional was the attentiveness and hospitality of Nicole and her welcoming family. Tanner's warm greeting and Terri's generosity during her garage sale made me feel so cared for! I embarked on my three-hour journey back home to beat traffic earlier than I wanted, but I did so with cherished memories of the beautiful Catskills farming community. This trip was a perfect blend of natural beauty, country charm, and genuine hospitality. I would absolutely recommend + return 💎💗

We had a wonderful time here! The view was gorgeous and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was close enough to a lot of places and still peaceful and very quiet. It was also super pet friendly! It’s fenced off around the deck for pets. The only thing that I would note is for someone with kids - the photo shown of a playroom of sorts, doesn’t have much in it, so I’d recommend bringing your own stuff for them to play with!
