You are on the first floor with a separate entrance. When you enter the room, you will see the bright bathroom with shower and toilet in front of you, and a corner with dishes, kettle and fridge. The studio has no kitchen. On the left, high ceilings, a high-quality wooden floor and large windows, plus a desk and a new, real bed.

For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. We offer our completely newly renovated, stylish Munich 2-room apartment (56 sqm) as accommodation. It is located in Bogenhausen, about 2km from the center. Great connection via public transport. Nearest U-Bahn and S-Bahn station is unmarried 200m away, bus stop is right outside the front door. Close to shops. The apartment is on the ground floor with an orientation to the backyard and is therefore very quiet. High-quality, well-equipped facility. Wi-Fi available.
