Welcome to Oudon, a small village with character on the banks of the Loire! You can enjoy a cozy cottage facing the port, visit its medieval tower, walk the towpaths... Guaranteed quiet, shops, Sunday market and train station within walking distance. A little extra, on Sundays, in summer, you can attend different concerts at the Café du Hâvre, located a few meters away. Possibility to swim in the lake located about a 10-minute walk from the gîte. Supervised swimming in the busy season.

Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Between Nantes and Angers, discover the town of Oudon, known for its splendid medieval tower. Oudon is easily accessible from the A11 motorway (Ancenis exit) or by train, as the town has a train station.<br><br>This modern and bright house can accommodate up to 7 people in its 2 bedrooms, its vast living room and its large garden overlooking the Loire.<br><br>The accommodation has one queen-size double bed (160x200cm) and four single beds. The bathroom has a shower and a vanity.

The Outbuilding

We will be delighted to host you in our former 22 m2 wine press, renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have an equipped kitchen area, a retractable bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped area of 2400 m2, a stone's throw from the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, outdoor swimming pool in July and August in the town center).

"Garden Side"

Welcome to the 42 m2 "Côté jardin" apartment. There is an industrial-style decor with open kitchen. The bedroom is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 cm bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the center of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to put your bags down for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels).
