A lovely cottage with idyllic surroundings. Very peaceful, right in the heart of the Morvan with an abundance of walks nearby. The dogs loved their break just as much as we did!

Housing located near the host which allows you to deal with any possible problem while remaining independent. Another unoccupied accommodation currently under renovation in the same courtyard does not pose a neighborhood concern. The property is completely enclosed, which allows dogs to be safe. Outdoor facilities provide access to a gas barbecue and a wooden table and benches, parasol. Fully functional interior services. Wifi ok. Host attentive. Mobile telephone network with little presence with the operator Coriolis. Trade in town: Bakery and grocery store, Lidl and B1 Château Chinon.

Very good stay in Audrey's cottage! The cottage is super well-equipped, and Audrey is welcoming and flexible on schedules. There are many nice places within 30 minutes' drive.

Great place well spacious and functional. Beautiful environment, minutes away from beautiful walks. Chantal and André are very welcoming and looking for friendly exchange while respecting the privacy of their visitors.

Our stay at Eveline's went well. The house is cold but this is well indicated in the listing. Eveline is a welcoming, accommodating host, and responds quickly to questions. The exterior is lovely. The house is ideally located to go to the Lac des Settons We had a lovely time.

We would recommend this listing! We had a great time with friends and kids. The fact that there is a small separate living room is very convenient for making a children's corner or a quieter area. The garden is great and closed (but not locked), but beware of nettles and tall weeds. It would be useful to add the presence of a large plancha in the listing. The house is very well equipped. The lakes are quite close and Settons Lake is great! Shady walks, parking and picnic spots, swimming, etc. Thank you!

It is a wonderful property if you love the tranquility and nature. The apartment is very large, rather dark and cool, ideal for the hot summer days. Everything was explained to us very well by Jan. We were allowed to use many places, depending on your mood.

Very cozy and pleasant accommodation, close to all amenities. Cooking a little bit for cooking Corinne gave us a good guide, whether for check-in or for restaurants and activities In short, we recommend:)

Our stay was really very nice. Selfishly, we would almost want to keep this hidden gem to ourselves! The location is idyllic, the decoration beautiful, the services of high quality, plenty of space, everything is of very good taste. We slept very well, breakfast was perfect. David and Anna were very welcoming and kind. We recommend it 1000%!

We had a wonderful stay in Avallon. The apartment was a little hard to find, as the house number was completely covered by bushes - Jean Pierre was, however, easy to reach and welcomed us very kindly. Since he lives next door, he could also show us the entrance to the apartment. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes on foot to the village center and the house is surrounded by trees and a park - very peaceful and quiet. In the garden, you had sun from noon to evening. The only thing that bothered us a little was the many spider webs and we therefore did not find it so clean. But otherwise, we would come back anytime :-)

A beautiful property with some fabulous features.

Jean Michel & Anne Sophie are superb hosts. Their apartment is simply wonderful in every way, it has so much character, it is centrally located and has all the amenities you could want and more that add sparkle and imagination. Close by are all the things you need in the superb city of Autun. We visited by tandem, it was so good not to have to use any form of transport whilst we were there to access everything. A very nice experience, the cottage is beautiful, clean, welcoming and super well decorated, the pool is great with a superb view, the place is friendly and peaceful. Super warm welcome, top-notch cottages! I really recommend closing my eyes and can't wait to come back!

Beautiful location for this family home located in the countryside with a magnificent view of the surroundings. Children have plenty of space to play and can enjoy it safely. We sincerely thank Patrice Gaunet of the Morvan concierge for his kindness, responsiveness and attentiveness.

Old sheepfold refurbished with taste and originality, cozy and welcoming. Sophie is very easily reachable, the village very beautiful. Perfect environment for a long weekend with friends, visits to the area, golf courses and idleness by the pool...

very welcoming accommodation, in the countryside, crickets in the evening, birds and lizards during the day. a real little paradise and the house is welcoming and very well equipped. we were looking to cut ourselves off from the world for a few days, it was the perfect place! with high outside temperatures, inside we were very comfortable. an address to keep treasured!

What a truly amazing property in beautiful surroundings. The hosts were fabulous, friendly with lots of local knowledge and recommendations for things to see - the perfect spot for a quiet getaway to relax and recharge. I will definitely return as I fell in love with this tranquil area of France.

The place exceeded our expectations, what a nice house and especially: what is it in a beautiful park. Beautiful trees and flowers and nicely kept. Big advantage: next to the gite is a large stretch where you can stay privately. On hot days it was wonderful under the beautiful trees. The sound of the running water makes you unwind right away. And; you want to get out every day. There is plenty to do at a short distance: from medieval villages, to abbeys and nice hiking in the beautiful surroundings.
