The house met all our expectations, spacious, clean and quiet, with a large balcony where you can greet the rising sun and a garden to sit if necessary. The hamlet of Ny is a real gem, beautifully located and very quiet. Although it would have been nice if there had been 1 cafe, but we did not miss it very much either. Catherine was a very kind and helpful hostess, who decorated the apartment with a lot of taste in a balanced way and keeps everything tip top in order. She gave us a few good tips for hiking and places to eat in the beginning. A few minutes drive away is the place Hotton, from where a beautiful road along the Ourthe to La Roche meandert. In the immediate vicinity and in various places along the Ourthe you can enjoy hiking.

everything was great. a very nice loft . There was nothing missing. We felt very comfortable. It's very big. Great property can be recommended.

The stay was partly vacation, partly due to family reasons. The place feels like a little oasis of peace. You live right on the center of the city of Aachen, but have a place in the middle of the countryside. It is pleasantly quiet after you enter the house. The village of Vaals is a beautiful small village, which you also like to explore on foot. The warm atmosphere due to the wooden beams in the stone network of the guest house is not seen in the photos, also not the matching furnishings. Most importantly, however, is the pleasant friendly contact with the family. You can quickly ask a question about any issues and get an answer. But also just enjoy your peace in the garden if you are exhausted after experiences of local attractions. My children traveling with them wanted to continue their vacation.

A lovely place in the heart of Liege. Incredible garden and facilities, and the place was spotlessly clean. Enough beds for 7 of us to sleep separately, which was wonderful. Jos communicated really well with us, which made the check in/out process really easy. Thanks very much; we hope to use your place again next year :)

Wonderfully quiet place, perfect base for the area, cottage is dated but everything does and everything you need is there so it does have its charm I found, garden very pleasant with evening sun, definitely recommended!

Siets had just come home when we arrived. She immediately came along to show the key cabinet. And immediately let us in. She also gave us some explanations where we could shop. And how we could immediately enjoy a walk through a path in the great outdoors. The cottage was well furnished, ideal for 2 people. With a beautifully decorated bathroom. Beautiful area for walks. We enjoyed that. Certainly subject to repetition.

We were looking for something for two nights at short notice, where we could also bring our two dogs. So we didn't directly search for a place like this. Since we only stayed overnight, we cannot therefore report so much about the farm itself, its inhabitants or other guests. The tiny house is very lovingly furnished, the bed is very comfortable (my husband is very tall and this is often a problem in accommodations). Behind the house, donkeys have their accommodation and from the guest bathroom you can look through a window into the stable above the washbasin, so ☺️ it may be that you have spectators while brushing your teeth... but very sweet. 🥰 In the yard there are still a whole range of other animals (goats, geese and chickens). So if you are looking for a place to relax and unwind, perhaps a little more in harmony with nature, this is certainly the right place.

We had a really nice Easter weekend. Woods are very close by for a nice walk. Really nice house, great bathroom & kitchen, lovely fire place. It’s 500m away from the high way, but it’s very quiet and you’re surrounded by nature with a stunning garden and view. Also a lot of privacy 😉

Fabulous accommodation in a lovely peaceful location. Hosts were most welcoming. Village close by has a number of good restaurants and supermarkets if required. Overall a brilliant and would happily recommend or return in the future.

The stay was worth 5 stars in all points. We felt directly welcome and very comfortable in the great accommodation. The lovely hosts were super nice and always available. Great place to stay for a weekend away. Enough space for two people. We especially enjoyed the sauna. Sandra is a great host - very friendly.

A great place to stay in the middle of the historic old town. No parking problems as there is your own private parking space. Super nice reception with a small Christmas tree and a cold bottle of Belgian beer in the fridge. Very well equipped and quiet. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay! Everything was perfect. The space was spotless, clean, modern, true to the photos. We were able to find all the comforts and amenities we needed for our 20-month-old daughter. Very beautiful house in a green and peaceful environment! We couldn’t have dreamt of a better place to rest and enjoy the beauty of the nature and the quietness. Natacha is the best host you could get as she is always there to give some good and priceless advices. Strongly recommend for small families in a quest of quietness and nature! Very pleasant stay for 2 people. Everything you could possibly need is there, even more than that. Sparkling clean and plenty of privacy in a beautiful and luxurious space with private access. Victoire is very friendly and helpful.

We slept here for 1 night because of a wedding nearby. But we would have liked to stay more days! What a beautiful apartment! The sofa bed was wonderful! Bathroom very spacious with beautiful rain shower! Kitchen with all the comforts. Everything neat and clean. The host was very friendly and gave a short tour. Small tip. Blackout curtains in the living room would be nice. We slept there on the sofa bed and it was very early in the morning.
