Beautiful and special house, and a friendly, quick-response host. We had a few small questions, all of which were resolved within a very short time. Furthermore, equipped with all comforts: two bathrooms, plenty of room to sleep, well-equipped cooking and a garage for - in our case - the bikes. Recommended!

We spent a weekend at the old school for the second time. There was nothing missing, the accommodation is also very nicely located in nature. Communication with Maarten was easy and fast.

A great travel experience from start to finish! Annick and her husband came early to check in because we reported that we were coming sooner than originally thought. The briefing was detailed and precise. The house was sparkling clean! We were able to communicate with them very well. During the stay, she even asked if we needed anything and if everything was okay! The stay left nothing to be desired - the kitchen is well equipped and spacious. The rooms are spacious and you have various seating options! The pool met all expectations and we were able to use it very extensively! It was a completely successful stay. Even on departure, everything was to our satisfaction! Annick and her husband did everything to make our stay very pleasant! We will definitely be back!

We were with our family of 4 adults in the house of Jean-Louis. The house is just outside Mamédy. From the balcony you have a beautiful view. Upon arrival, we were very warmly welcomed by Jean-Louis. He gave us a tour of the house and gave tips about the area. The beds were made. Everything is available in the house, and you can use everything. The BBQ was also ready, including the charcoal. Thanks to the good weather, we made grateful use of it. We lacked nothing and had a wonderful weekend! Thank you, Jean-Louis, on behalf of all four of us. 😃😃😃😃

We had a great time with the family at Alexis' mansion. Jonas was a charming and considerate host. The road ahead is not a problem in terms of noise, like the supermarkets around. I was a little worried about it, but it wasn't the case, and the Carrefour behind the fence proved to be very useful many times! The bedding was also very good, note that you need to arrive with your bed and shower sheets. In short, a place to recommend if you are a large group. The only small plus to add would be a toilet on the ground floor (toilets in each room), but hey, there you go. A big thank you Jonas for sharing this! Kind regards

A great stay in a great house. It is very well-equipped, well located, clean. The welcome is pleasant. 3 small downsides: lots of explanations in one language (Dutch), extra requested for the sheets but that we had to place ourselves on the beds, the grass was quite high so the children were not able to do all the games they would have wanted.

Astrid and Charles's home was a wonderful jumping off place for exploring from Cologne to southern Luxembourg and in between. Their home is tucked into a beautiful hidden residential neighborhood abutting a field. It has a beautiful garden and grill area. There are four spacious bedrooms including two full baths and additional toilets. We felt spoiled to have more than one bath as many spots in Europe only have one. There is also good water pressure (which is another issue in Europe). We also had no problem that the showers were ensuite. There are two toilets that are not ensuite. The home is very clean with a substantial kitchen, large fridge, and great washer. The hosts were very communicative, offering help with recommendations and early check in. We especially loved the village of Theis for dinner. We would definitely recommend this home for a family visiting the region. Thank you!

Wonderful! We spent our Pentecost vacation at Audrey's house. A beautiful house with great views, very specially furnished. The kitchen was very well equipped and Audrey had left a few drinks and chips for us in the fridge. On Friday evening, a nice welcome after a long drive. The weather was not so good, but our children still used the pool. It was nice to light the pellet stove, which was filled for the first few hours. Refill pellets were cheap to get at the supermarket. Everything is as stated, Audrey was quick with the answers and very friendly. The area is great, Dinant even accessible by bike. In the village itself, there is a small proxy that is open 7 days a week until 8 pm. All in all, a very nice stay. We will definitely be back again.

Great weekend spent with the family for my sister's 35th birthday. Spacious house with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, dart and board game available that made the experience super nice, large indoor and outdoor table to eat with a large group, large outdoor lounge with pillows, 2 barbecue, bocce. Everything you need is available in the listing. Great location 8km from Durbuy. Small downside, Stairs a little dangerous, you have to be attentive to the steps, and a sauna was not functional during our weekend we may not have been lucky. Small details that didn't stop us from having a great weekend and we'll be back for sure! Thank you again to the host Mathieu who was super nice, accessible and above all flexible on arrival and departure times which allowed us to be comfortable with small toddlers and a few children. Really great for a family stay or a stay with friends👍🏽

We stayed with a group of 14 people for a wonderful long weekend in this house. In reality, it is even more spacious than the photos suggest. The house is spacious, sufficient bedrooms beds, (note!! bring your own bedding read the instructions carefully) and a very friendly and helpful host Johnny. In short, if you are looking for a nice house in a quiet beautiful area with the family or some friends, with a play area equipped with billiards, darts, jukebox and karaoke (really fantastic) then you are at the right place!!

We spent 3 perfect days here with 7 couples & 1 dog...the location is fantastic (view of meadows, direct path into the forest). Everything your heart desires (and more). Also for the cleanliness there are 5 stars.

It was all exactly as described. We will be happy to come back.

We have had a great stay over the weekend

Sabine's house is actually much nicer and more spacious than on the pictures. We had a great time and communication with Sabine was also very easy and straightforward. Glad to come back!

We had a nice weekend with friends. Inside, there is more than enough space for 14 people. The garden was also beautiful, very quiet and shielded from everything. All communication with the host also went very smoothly. This house is definitely recommended for large groups!

We really had a very nice stay! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and also very nicely located. The kitchen is also very well equipped and we cooked a lot there and felt very comfortable. Great place, we stayed for the weekend with a group of 8 adults, 3 babies and two dogs. We really enjoyed the pool and garden. Bedrooms were big enough and we really enjoyed several spaces in the garden where we could sit, chill and have a bbq.

We had a wonderful family stay at the Capucines farm. The place really lends itself to family reunions. The quality of welcome and the little touches of Cynthia and Marc are really up to date! A Christmas tree was set up in the living room and made the place even more family-friendly. Cynthia put energy into finding us a yoga teacher to replace the person who didn't have the opportunity to come. The place has a lot of character and the surrounding nature is refreshing!

Very nice house for families, open kitchen (overlooking the garden when the kids play), large living room with terrace access, nice pool. We felt very comfortable, the communication was very good and fast. Note for families with small children: there is a spiral staircase, so you should be vigilant, but otherwise it is no problem. I highly recommend the place!

Ramon's accommodation was very good. Accurate to photos and description. Very nice setting, clean, tidy. The host and staff are very friendly and responsive. I recommend it!

I was able to celebrate my 30 birthday here with 9 other friends. The property is fully equipped. The booking went smoothly and the communication was smooth. The whole place was very clean. We had a wonderful weekend and are super happy. We will be happy to come back.
