A house with stunning views within Pontal do Atalaia, a prime area of Arraial do Cabo and away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Suite with air-conditioning, living room with excellent sofa bed, full kitchen, terrace with whirlpool and barbecue, and with a view of the sea of Arraial do Cabo. The entire house overlooks the sea. We are 2.5 km from Prainhas do Pontal do Atalaia. The condominium is still under construction and has some nearby construction, but nothing to disrupt your stay.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Our home is clean, quite airy, comfortable and cozy. Ideal for a carefree family vacation. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 of which is an en-suite with air-conditioning. The other rooms have a floor or ceiling fan. The kitchen is spacious and equipped. The service area is covered and has a washing machine. The house is in a condominium and has a separate entrance and garage as well. The condominium is family-friendly and the street is quiet and peaceful.

Our chalet is finely finished, decorated in a casual style, and is equipped with a kitchen with utensils. We are 6.5 km, 13 minutes, from Cabo Frio-RJ airport. The chalet is located in Monte Alto, a very quiet, simple and rustic village, 15 km from Arraial. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space!
