Holiday rentals with a patio in Oven's Beach

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. We were very well received by Jorge, with a flexible check-in and check-out and many kindnesses such as mineral water in the refrigerator and tourist tips. Wonderful shower, excellent bed and bedding, the pleasant surprise was the sofa bed in the living room, which is as comfortable as the bed, which is already so good. Oh, the pillows, super comfy. On the street of the residential area, a non-swimmable canal with a beautiful view and many boats, including stools to watch the sunset. Also a bakery that sells a perfect French bread, on the same sidewalk. Close to beaches and shopping malls, about 10 minutes by car. I found it great value for money.

Spectacular, We are a family that was amazed by the apartment and its privileged view. Regarding cleanliness, you can tell a lot of worry, all the artifacts are in perfect condition. Feel the comfort of your own home and more. I 100% recommend the place and their hosts are pending all the time to help. Everything was perfect. Just a little far from the supermarket and bus terminal, 900 meters. It's not very far, but when you need it urgently, it's a little uncomfortable. In front of a beautiful beach!!! Andreia is very attentive and accessible. Excellent!!!!

Lydia's house is a spectacle! Wonderful place, quiet and with a surreal view. The house was impeccable and had countless kitchen utensils at our disposal. The rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, the pool gets a lot of sun, and at night the lights in the tree make all the difference, a total charm. Lydia is an excellent host and we will definitely be back!

Our stay was very good! Glaucio Natalia's husband Glaucio helped us a lot in a moment of almost despair! The house is as described, has 3 floors and is very close to one of the best beaches of Arraial in my opinion. It had all the basic items and even a filter with chilled water. We were no longer pq was not available. I'll be back for sure.

For the second year in a row, we spent our holidays in Lucimar's apartment. She welcomes us as if we were her family and makes us feel at home. The environment is super complete, it has all the amenities including a laundry room for washing and drying clothes, I recommend it 100%.

We love the house, very reserved, close to the beach, and cozy! I just missed a bathroom in the upper room, we had to go down in the early hours to use, otherwise the house is great! Space for BBQ and clean swimming pool

Excellent accommodation, well clean, the host treated us well. It had everything we needed. The only thing we missed was the air conditioner.

Our stay was great! We were in 5 people and the house accommodated us perfectly. Kitchen equipped for all types of meals. Large and comfortable bathroom. Television and streaming service to distract the night. Good restaurants nearby, lots of shopping and the beach nearby! We did pretty much everything by walk! Rodrigo was a very nice person, friendly and available! He helped us with what we needed and we will definitely be back!

I had incredible days in Arraial and a good part of the peace, tranquility and comfort was thanks to Silvia's space. The space completely matches the photos (I dare say it's even better) and is impeccable. Organized, charming, comfortable and safe. The impression I had was that everything was thought out in detail to make the guest feel at ease. Despite the property's position - ground floor at the back of the lot - the apartment is well lit and ventilated. It was truly a lovely experience and I can't wait to return. If I had to suggest an improvement, I might say that a microwave would be an excellent request. Other than that, I can't think of anything to make the experience better than I had. We had a wonderful experience! We travel with our baby and feel safe in the condo. The place is also very good for those who will go with the elderly. It's all exactly like in the pictures — very clean, organized and cozy. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. Thiago and his wife, the hosts, were extremely attentive, always available, polite and helpful, which made our stay even more special. Without a doubt, I would and recommend it again.

I loved the roof, everything was clean and organized , excellent location , right in front of the beach, the condominium is a luxury, with swimming pool , game room and without bureaucracy to enjoy the leisure areas. Alexandra , from the first moment I thought of renting, removed all my doubts, made herself available to clarify if I had more doubts, indicated several places and especially the buggy ride that was sensational , only gratitude for the incredible weekend I spent with my son and nieces.

the apartment is beautiful, super comfortable and well equipped. The complex is very quiet, beautiful as seen in the photos. The only bad thing is that the beach is difficult to access and there are no bars or umbrellas there, to go to those in the center you have to have a car or go uber.

The stay was very good and Val is very attentive to the needs of the tenants, very good experience. Some details in the kitchen Like the frzer with a lot of ice and it was necessary to wash the pots that were a little greasy. Overall a very good experience.

Easy access and total peace! Location: Great! Near the center, supermarket, bakery… you can do everything on foot. And the beach is just 100 meters away. Great location, with excellent sea views and easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, the market and the dock to visit other beaches. The apartment was clean, organized, with everything you need for a quiet stay. The condominium facilities were good. We were greeted by a very friendly employee, who answered all our questions. Only the check-in was not as we expected, since we went by taxi to the condominium and it was not allowed to enter to get us closer to the building, so we had to drag the suitcases to the apartment from the entrance of the condominium. Other than that, it was a good stay, I recommend it.
