It might be a little out of the way but it is SO worth it. Beautiful views and super peaceful - the place has everything you could want and sitting out on the balcony and watching the sun rise/set was a highlight. Nicolas was the perfect host and super quick at replying to any questions I had. Couldn’t have loved it more!

Host was friendly and easy to do business with. The location is quiet and has a beautiful patio area.

We were so lucky to find the Airbnb condo. Jessica was an amazing host with great communication. The space was very clean, well stocked with all essentials and was the perfect space for our family of 8. The location of the condo was very convenient to the water. I highly recommend this condo and look forward to being back in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Carolyn and Maurice’s apartment! We had an early flight and were already in town waiting on our 3 o’clock check in when she let us know it was all ready for us, which was a relief because we needed to rest. Just after getting in we were surprised with fresh baked cookies that were delicious! That place was nice and clean and had everything you could need. I walked to the beach morning and night and it was quick and easy. I was very glad to see a first aid kit and beach towels since we had forgotten towels and bandaids. Ventura was home so we were in town visiting family and the place even had Tupperware so I was prepared to snatch my great aunt’s leftovers to enjoy at the apartment later. We were lucky enough to meet both Carolyn and Maurice in the driveway and chat for a bit. The couple times I needed anything Carolyn was quick to respond anywhere from 30 secs to 20 mins on messaging and they were just a minute away upstairs. Great place & hosts! 5 star

This is a lovely getaway nestled in a gorgeous mountain landscape seated within a friendly community. Rachel is an excellent host with extensive knowledge of the locale and great recommendations. My partner and I would love to return should we find ourselves in the area again.

Excellent place! Cozy, clean and close to everything we needed. Joey responded quickly to any questions. The only thing I would suggest is that specific instructions for the heating/ac/wifi be placed somewhere and it be suggested that if renters have any disabilities or mobility issues the steps be defined better. Other than that it was excellent! Thank you Joey!

All I have to say is WOW! We were obsessed with this place. Think the photos make it look awesome? (They do, and they are accurate, but it's even wayyy better in person)! This place really did feel like a magical jungle treehouse. Enter in through the carport and you see bejeweled stone steps leading every which way, since there are a few different places here -- though your stay is its own private place. The property has several well decorated and vibey places to chill by the natural spring. The place itself is impressively decorated too. Beautiful wind chimes serenade you during the day and frogs at night (while we stayed anyway, might be a spring thing). Darrell is very kind and always responsive and provides clear instructions for check-in. Quiet, serene place to stay and you'll feel immersed in nature. Can't recommend enough and will certainly be returning! Thanks, Darrell!

Incredible stay! This was our first Airbnb and I was nervous, but Mike and Jonina were very responsive and answered all my questions very promptly. Co-Host Jonina was so kind, helpful, and a great communicator. The unit, building, and location are amazing and convenient. And we felt completely safe. The unit was clean, tidy, and looked exactly like the pictures. Bed was comfortable and the shower was wonderful and spacious. The view is breathtakingly beautiful, and it was so amazing to fall asleep and wake up to the sounds of the waves. We stocked up on snacks at Whole Foods down the road, shopped, dined at Malibu Farm and Nobu, walked the beaches, and my daughter took surf lessons. The pool and hot tub were so nice to have to relax in at the end of the day. It was an amazing stay, and we plan to book this place again. We absolutely loved staying here and can't wait to come back.

This is the most beautiful Airbnb we have stayed at. Beautiful community and townhome was absolutely stunning. They even left waters in each room, coffee and cookies. So many restaurants close by and short drive to the beach. Can’t recommend this place enough! Everything was perfect.

This is second time we have stayed at Ellen’s place. She has always been responsive. Some nice upgrades in bathrooms and location can’t be beat near lots of shops, restaurants, grocery etc. Also near major highways so easy to get to where you need to go.

The property was spotlessly clean and was very spacious and comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned, it is better than a hotel with all the amenities and comforts of a home. Everything is new in the apartment and it has a full size washer and dryer. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant next door has really good food and it's fast. The hosts are very responsive, even late at night when we arrived. Also, the host paid a lot of attention to tiny details, making the stay as welcoming as possible; they went above and beyond with the hospitality. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to stay!

Julie’s spot was the perfect place for a tranquil weekend getaway. The unit was comfortable and the back yard/garden area was so serene. Julie was attentive and responsive with any questions I had and I appreciate her willingness to work with me on specific accommodations. Her hospitality and property are lovely and I highly recommend.

Mario and Steph have a great place. They were very communicative and friendly. The condo was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The complex was great too—easy to find parking (thanks to the instructions from the host), a lovely pool, and very secure. Just across the street from the Valencia Mall, there are TONS of food and shopping options in under a 5-minute walk. Next time I’m staying in the area, I hope this place will be available again!

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Excellent property with excellent owners - we stayed for a couple of days during our son’s Pepperdine graduation and the property met our needs. Very spacious kitchen and living room. Amazing ocean views. Very clean. Strong communication. Highly recommended

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay.
