I enjoyed my 3 night stay at the Sm'oars. It was very peaceful to sit on the deck in the mornings with my coffee and listen to the birds and the water from the lake, and watch the squirrels play. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen/living room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I had a few hiccups with internet and the keypad but management was super quick to respond and got me fixed up. I would stay here again! Thanks RentBranson!

Had a great stay. Did not have any cell phone service which was a plus for me because we had more quality family time. The board games and pool table was fun!

Beautiful place! Perfect stay for a group. View from the deck was perfect. Loved the layout of the barn as well. Only thing is the lake access at the barn is a little steep. We ended up going to pebble beach for easier accessibility since I am disabled. Even that was still convenient since we were right there. Lots of compliments from the group and hopes of returning in the future.

My wife and I come to Arkansas usually once a year and this has been one of our favorite spots. The Barn is even nicer in person and felt so spacious. It was incredibly peaceful and made for a perfect getaway. My wife really loved how spotless the place was when we checked in and we appreciated how easy check out was. We enjoyed the hot tub and the grill nightly, soaked in the beautiful scenery, and spent our days at Buffalo River. If you're considering staying at The Barn we highly recommend it.

We knew we were arriving late and had told Marietta; they had the "lights on" for us! We have graduations for the next 2 years in Belton and will rebook when we have confirmation of dates. Three of the grandkids found the records and record player and danced "old time" dances! Kids enjoyed the fire pit and all the outdoor games. Everything was great.

We loved our visit to the silos! The owners thought of everything and the house was well stocked with what we needed. Our kids loved the big yard and playing at the creek. Easy access to Elephant Rocks and Johnson Shut-ins. The town of Caledonia was very cute with an old fashioned candy store. We will definitely go back and hope to bring some friends next time and rent all 3 silos at one time. Thanks for a fun and quiet weekend away!

My family and I were in town for a graduation and mini-reunion and found the perfect place here with plenty of room for us to spread out and not be on top of each other! It's a bit out in the country which was great for me but close enough to be able to get in to town without much driving.

Our stay at the barn was exactly what we were looking for! Located on a sprawling estate we found our peace and quite! The apartment above the barn is very spacious with a large kitchen and bathroom. We enjoyed the night sky and sipping our coffee on the balcony. Rebecca was very responsive and wonderful. She made us feel right at home. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Amazing location off the beaten path. Great place to relax from the everyday hustle and bustle of life and work. The description and pictures are an excellent description of the place. We will be going back to stay at the Buck Creek Lodge one day soon.

Nice private, peaceful place to stay out in the country away from the busy traffic of the city. Had a great stay without any issues.

My family and I were in town to see our uncle who is in hospice. When I reached out to Nicole to rent her home, she was very gracious and kind. When we got to the home we had a little problem with the keypad. Nicole's husband came down to help us right away. After a long stressful and emotional day, we really appreciated how quickly they helped us. The home is absolutely gorgeous. All the beds are extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was great! This was the perfect spot for our large family to gather and stay while visiting Hermann to celebrate my cousin’s wedding.

Definitely lived up to a quiet Retreat space, aside from traffic running down the road there was no major man-made noise. Interior was immaculate, felt very inviting just walking in the door. Didn't look like much from the outside but inside it was 10/10 amazing. Definitely will try to stay here again if I need something in this particular area

The red barn was a beautiful private 2 bedroom accommodation, which served our party perfectly. William was great at communicating answers to my questions. The main hall with games provided some entertainment. We didn’t see anybody else while there, but explored & tried to interact with animals. The place & experience served us well & being located between Eminence & Alley Spring worked perfectly! Thank you!

I saw their place and just knew it would be perfect. Such charm and warmth and cute diplay of knick knacks Even the front/back yards are lovely. All tourist spots are easy to get to from their place. The house is very nice, with 2 large bedrooms and bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials. The living room is nice and inviting, there is even a record player with albums. They have be exceptional hosts. I unexpectedly had to stay an extra day, and they were very accomodating. I would encourage anyone visiting Memphis to stay here 😍

This beautiful air b&b has a peaceful setting on a lovely ranch. The cattle are relaxing to watch in the evening as they settle down for the night. The owners family and ranch manager took time to share the history of the ranch, a gift of waygu beef and a drive around the lovely property. The location is centrally located in Dover and easy to visit Mount Petit Jean, Mount Nebo, Lake Dardanelle and Mount Magazine parks. It is also close to Russellville for restaurants and shopping. A real gem and I highly recommend this rental.

The cabin was exactly as expected. We loved the volleyball net, the grill, and the fire pit. The views were STUNNING! Ponca low water bridge is a 30-32 minute drive for anyone considering kayaking. Kyle’s Landing is about 48 minutes out. The livestock were very friendly! All in all we had a great time.

Great location to just get away with family. Perfect setting for our group. We're already talking about next time.
