Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Spring Mountain Cabin is a small cabin (16ft×12ft - MAX CAPACITY TWO PEOPLE NO PETS, NO TRAILERS, AND NO CHILDREN UNDER 10). We are located in the upper Mulberry River Valley between Indian Creek river access & High Bank river access. Our cabin is 2 miles from Byrds Adventure Center & 7 miles from Turner Bend. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area, Walmart AMP, Osage house and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Room dimensions are 15x12 plus small bathroom. Bicycles can be available to borrow. Please inquire for details.

The Bunkhouse sits adjacent to a large body of water. Just 10 miles to Pittsburg and 30 miles to Joplin, MO. Guests can enjoy time outside on the covered porch next to the water, sit around the fire pit on those cool evenings, go for a hike, play a game of pickleball, or enjoy some catch and release fishing from the bank. Cute and quiet get-a-way in town, central location close to JBU, downtown, and the Chautauqua Amphitheater. 25 miles from Crystal Bridges. Beautiful space and backyard. Not a good fit for children 2-12 years old due to the antiques and the unscreened fireplace.
