This is a hotel style room and part of the Downtown Apartments on the square in Marshall. It’s centrally located and grocery store, restaurants, Kenda Drive In are within a couple of miles. The room is one of three inside a foyer common area. There is a shared coffee maker, microwave, washer and dryer in the common area. Room has a mini fridge. Within walking distance to Humble Grounds coffee shop, Racoon Springs park, town square, library and Hattie House. The area is safe and well lit.

Our King Suite has the BEST lake view on the property. One can see for miles to the opposite shore, surrounded by mountainous terrain. It has a mid-century modern décor, including music-themed wall art, a Fender Stratocaster guitar and Spark amp for those so inclined. Cozy up to a 50” Smart TV with Klipsch sound system and electric fireplace for year round ambiance. Direct TV, high speed internet and an extensive DVD library ensures you'll never get bored. This suite has a full kitchen.

Flatiron Flats Flatiron Suite

Centered in the middle of downtown, this amazing building houses a total of 4 flats, all with private balconies one on either side of the suite and views of downtown. The 2 person jetted tubs are a the best for romantic nights, private parking down the street at our sister hotel the New Orleans parking lot $15.00 per night. Shops, and fine dining and entertainment only minutes away.
